Had a chance to taste this one at the 3rd annual Hop Cup in Omaha Nebraska supporting growth of hops in Nebraska. The Interstellar is just the way they explain it, «WTF Would you call it?!» Haha! Drinkable and refreshing, my friends and I all agreed this would be the beer to pair with a good steak, heck maybe even a marinade for one with a little salt and pepper! Anyway, I gotta make it down there to visit this Spring to try and see this outdoor area everybody’s been talking about with a little live music! They’ve got my attention!

Save yourself the money and skip this winery. The wine itself was forgettable and the staff was rude and obviously inconvenienced by having to serve customers. We did the $ 6 wine tasting, which we thought was a good deal… until we asked for our first glass of wine. The staff didn’t seem to know(or care) about the wine or the process. They were just there to push you through the system. We will always remember this winery as the worst service ever. While the scenery is beautiful, the ambiance is underwhelming, mostly because of the scowls on the servers’ faces and the stink eye you get if you ask them a question. It’s disappointing to see that all the reviews mention bad service. It’s probably time for some customer service training. The only reason I’m giving Soaring Wings two stars is because its clean and the prices are reasonable.

Stopped here for the first time today and… My husband and I both ordered the Tasting(beer for him and wine for me). We both enjoyed everything we tried with the exception of one each. He said the Double IPA was«very hoppy»(but acknowledged others like that) and I thought the Falco Red was weak — like a wine cooler. I am impressed by the quality/size of the free wine glasses. At most wineries you get a dinky glass you would never actually drink anything, much less a a red, out of. The food plates are DIY — we ordered and they literally handed us a baguette, a block of cheese, and summer sausage in a basket with a cutting board and a knife. The sausage was standard but I did very much enjoy the baguette and Havarti. Overall it was a pleasant visit. No, the ladies at the counter aren’t overly friendly or knowledgeable but everything was adequate. We will be back!

We were in Omaha visiting friends. My husband and I try to visit a winery in every state we visit. On Sunday there was an acoustic guitar player. For $ 6 you get five taste of either beer or wine from their massive list plus the wine glass. They give you tickets as you don’t have the same person pouring for you the entire time. You don’t get any background on the wines unless you ask. They are trying to pour you five taste and get you out. It isn’t the most pleasant experience. It was the weekend and they were crowded but most wineries are. I asked a few questions about the wines and the staff seemed annoyed I was asking. All the juice is Nebraska grown. Not all on their land but in Nebraska. Most of their stuff is sweet. We did our five tastings came up with two bottles we could share. Got two cheeses, sausage and bread and headed outside. We sat on the grass and had a little picnic. I would suggest people bring yard chairs. Overall a pleasant afternoon. I would suggest management train the counter staff. Wine tasting is not a speed event. It should be explained and enjoyed. I doubt my husband and I would return if back in the area. Staff turned us off and none of the wines grabbed our attention. There are a number of wineries in Nebraska. We would try another one. I do think this is the one closest to Omaha.

Always recommend making it out here for a glass of wine on the porch at least a couple times each year! The view is great, wine is very good and being able to bring your own snacks is so fun!

The scenery around the vineyard is lovely. We came to sample the beer and accidentally arrived on a day that they were hosting a special end of wine harvest event. We were treated dismissively and were told we could«hurry up and drink a beer» before they started the event. Rude. The beer itself was okay. Nothing to write home about and we ended up dumping half of our glasses. I certainly wouldn’t make a point to return if I’m ever back in Omaha.

Great place. Glad we finally went here. The outside porch was great. They have a 5% military discount. Many good wines to taste from and the beer was pretty good too. If your anywhere in the area, this is a place you need to try and visit during the sunset. Glad we stopped.

We had gone to the Great Nebraska Beer fest and Soaring Wings was there with their beer line. Now I bailed early on the Beer fest so I didn’t get to try their beers at the fest. We wanted to try their wines and me a least one beer. So we put them on our wine list of wineries to stop by on our way home. They were actually our first stop and they had some decent wines. We tried all of them. I think we paid $ 6 each and got to keep the glass and were able to try 5 wines a piece. Since there were 3 of us that paid for tastings we were able to try them all. I really only liked a few they were Winter White, Dragon’s Red, & Cardinal Red. I bought the Cardinal Red and a the others each bought at least a bottle. The view is spectacular and the people were very friendly and helpful. It was a mother and daughter that helped us. A few more guest came in while we were there and the mother and daughter were able to help us all and give us all attention. I tired one beer and it was a little to hoppy for me so I passed on the rest. Overall if we were in the area again we would stop in and buy a bottle.

What a surprise! Live in Pennsylvania and visiting my sister. Didn’t know there were vineyards in Nebraska and wasn’t expecting much. A couple of good wines and beers. Staff very knowledgable and friendly. Really enjoyed the tasting and sitting outside with a great Stout! Wish I could have brought some back on the plane.

We did a tasting of 5 wines. None of them were particularly great, although some had interesting flavors and improved on a second or third sip. The primary flavor in the red wines that we tried was cherry, and in the whites was a very ripe pear. Not a lot of subtlety in the wines, and we wouldn’t recommend them to a regular wine drinker. The wine here was on the slightly better side of the Nebraska wines we have had, but we haven’t found a Nebraska wine that we have wanted to buy. The venue itself is quite pretty, with a large patio overlooking the vineyard and neighboring cornfields. They have a limited assortment of various wine paraphernalia in the tasting room for purchase, as well.

Band good scenery beautiful. Loved the venue!!! Not a fan of the wine. Was disappointed. Too bad they did not sell other bottles of wine outside their own

I didn’t know what to expect for a winery in the middle of nowhere in Nebraska. I gotta say it was a lot of fun. We went there on a Sunday afternoon and I couldn’t believe how many people were there. They had live music and it has a huge covered porch outside for everyone to sit. I am normally a red wine drinker. I wasn’t all impressed with the reds but the whites were fantastic. They run around $ 15 a bottle and you can definitely blow through 5 or 6 with a groups of friends before you know it. They have crackers, bread and local cheeses for sale to snack on. Definitely worth a try during the summer.
