Sonic

So my first (and last) experience here was terrible. So I order food and drinks for my friend and I through the drive thru and when the order is repeated back my order taker repeats only one of the drinks so I politely corrected that there was supposed to be two. instead of correcting himself or even just going along with it he rudely says under his breath «yeah that’s what I just said» and told me my total. this was already so rude. If my manager ever heard me say something like that to a customer they’d kill me! so my friend and I just laugh it off, talking about how surprised we were at the unwarranted rudeness, to the point we kind of find it funny. well we brush it off and get to the window and the cashier takes our payment, hands us our drinks and tells us to have a nice night. this is kinda weird side we still have food but we ignore it and just wait. well they have to be reminded as to why were there. so we get our food, a family size order of popcorn chicken, and leave. get home to find out they put four honey mustard dipping sauces when in fact no honey mustard had been ordered– even on our receipt it shows our correct order of ranch and barbecue. the chicken wasn’t even good, it tasted old and was tough. will not be going here again lol

I should never have to call this place just to be told my dislike of my lemonberry slush is the fact that I have not stirred it yet. Do you not have a little machine that does that in the building. YUCK! problem these days is not one of these places cares an ounce as long as they make numbers for the week.

Do I need to write a review of this place? You can’t swing a dead cat in Springfield without hitting one. This one has a huge outdoor playground. The service was friendly fast and the food is awesome. The tater tots are so good I need to just stop ordering the burger and get get tots. I am having a dr pepper with cherry pineapple. Real chunks of pineapple make me happy. This whole place makes me happy. I am happy.
