Seriously the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. And the problem wasn’t even the food. Other than them giving us fries instead of tots. That was OK. The service here is absolutely horrible. The guy I spoke to over the com was extremely rude and straight to the point. And I know for a fact sonic has a policy that if the employee speaking to you doesn’t ask you if you want mozz cheese sticks then you get free ones. Well he didn’t even tell me my total. He just stopped talking and eventually a lady walks out and gives me my food.(I paid with a card) I mentioned to her about the mozz cheese sticks in a joking manner. But she looked at me and said«I heard your entire conversation and I know he made you an offer» and then she turns around and walks away. So I pressed the button again and told them they messed our order up and that we ordered tots. So a different guy walks out and gives us tots but asks for the fries back in return. What the hell. And then without even saying have a nice day turns around and walks away. Thanks sonic for giving two paying customers the cold shoulder. Won’t be back.

Employees who ask you to repeat yourself multiple times… too much syrup in drinks and difficult to get into. better sonics in town for sure

C’mon, who doesn’t like sonic? Weather you’re in the mood for lunch or breakfast, sonic has you covered all day. Of course most people know about the happy hour from 2 to 4PM with half priced drinks, but what they may not know — and I just found out today — is that they have slushes with nerds now. Although, if slushes aren’t your thing, they do have shakes with 25 different flavors or you can get a blast or molten cake Sundays. I’ll digress about the deliciousness that is sonic and speak more of this location itself. Of course you expect most of the people working here are going to be teenagers. With that you have certain expectations for a lack of quality of service and food preparation. Especially during rush times. I will say this though, if you do have a problem, they are happy to address the issue and make it right as quick as possible. So if you have any problems, don’t hesitate to let them know. If your problem cannot be solved by a manager, call back and ask to speak with Geoff.

Delighted! Wanted a fudge sundae, but not the tiny one I always order at McDonald’s. Didn’t have time to drive to DQ. Went to Sonic. Asked for a bigger sundae than the little one on their menu. They acted upbeat. They made me a bigger sundae using one of the smaller drink glass cup. Yum! Every now and then it’s ok to splurge on calories.
