The dispatcher was friendly and professional, explained costs upfront before sending guy out, but said service fee itself would have to be told once locksmith got there. He arrived quickly, under the time that was given and got the job done. One of those services you hope to never have to use again, but if I find myself in a bind again, I’d use again. My only concern is the subjective pricing that can occur if it’s up to each locksmith to determine cost.

I don’t know where to start…
1. Their price is over charged (I locked myself out of my bedroom door, they charged me $ 179 for a bedroom door lock… not the house lock… bedroom door lock)
2. Sketchy phone operator (I asked him about the approximate on the phone and they only told me 25 for travel, 29 for service fee and they DIDN’T TELL ME ANYTHING AFTER THAT FOR A REASON!)
3. Technician is total jerk (He did arrive in 20 min. After he told me about the price of $ 180 dollars for a bedroom door knob, I questioned him about the price saying its very unreasonable and he got mad saying «What do you want me to do? Do you want to speak to my Manager»… I said yes… He called in front of me and he didn’t even let me talk to the Manager. He spoke in different language (Arabic I assume) about 3 sec and hung up saying he can give me for 129… FORREAL!!! (I dont even think he spoke to anyone… after he hung up 3 sec later.
Only reason I give one more star is that he did gave me a «discount» of $ 50 dollars after arguing and did open my bedroom door.
