So i sent a fax of 7 pages including a cover sheet which did cost me $ 2.19 each page so spent over $ 15 for fax and didnt even get a confirmation letter that shows it was sent. I asked about it and the older guy with white hair who is rude btw goes «we changed a machine so no» so i go I pay almost $ 3 a page and i dont even get a confirmation letter? Then he goes «yeah right» if you do not want to work? Just quit

Do NOT USE the UPS or Postal department there. These guys are idiots! It takes 40 mins to get a simple stamp there. I went back three time and it was all the same with different people. The staff is not trained and actually dumb! Take the extra 10 mins to get to the post office or the UPS. They are good.

Stopped in here to pick up some office supplies. The parking lot is still poorly designed but that is not their fault. I bumped them up one star since they now have USPS service here, even on SUNDAY. Yes! I hope they can keep it up!

Basic STAPLES. As far as customer service goes they are vastly improved in the last year from formerly poor customer service. Last few times here and today i was greeted and asked twice if i needed assistance in finding something. The cashier was also good. Happy to see they are professional. Happy experience.

I bought my laptop in because I was having problems and their technician (JAKE GALLOWAY) spent so much time trying to fix the problem. He was very professional, helpful, curteous, and knowledgeable. I reccomend seeing him if you need your computer fixed!

It’s a Staples. Just like that other Staples you’ve been to. Maybe a bit different. Did yours have two stories? This only has one, so that’s different. Did the other one have somewhat tight, cramped aisles? These feel more open. Did the other one have copiers and software and pencils and clear plastic binding? This one does to.
In short… it’s a big chain store with lots of stuff to organize your workspace. Don’t know how much more I can say.

Have a book that’s hard bound? Wouldn’t you just LOVE it to have a spiral so you could comfortably leave it open?!
STAPLES does this for just a little over $ 5!
I think they can cut into books up to about 300 pages and then slide that pup right it. I’m a changed woman.
Oh yea, and they did it in about an hour. Score!
