Pretty much the only place in Springfield to sit down and grab a good coffee. Employees are great. Coffee is always done right.

Slightly bummed out that this location isn’t a drive thru. While they seemed to be well staffed when I was there, it took quite a bit of time to give my order and get my drink… kind of frustrating when you are in a hurry. Lots of seating available for those wanting to have coffee there. As for the coffee, it was just as good as any other Starbucks.

Coffee took along time to come. Only two workers for a Sunday? Luckily the coffee was excellent. Sad it is not a drive in like Dutch Bros. convenient rules out.

Love the convenience of this location in proximity of my work! Great friendly staff and fast but can get too busy, making maneuvering in the parking lot difficult at times. I’d give the 5th star if it had a drive-​thru!!!

This would be a four star, however there is not a drive thru and it is not the easiest place to get into to get the coffee. I guess I should say, with a piping hot coffee, it is not the easiest to get out of either. Your typical atmosphere as any standard Starbucks, a few tables and over priced trinkets to buy.
