Customer service sucks ! Let me begin to say that if I want just regular coffee I would have gone to wawa. Nothing irritates me than someone who is so rude when people like me gives you business! I’m not the one to blame people and put them out of work. But damn if you’re life depends on what you do maybe it’s a wake up call and this establishment better make it clear to people they hire what customer service is all about! I bought a latte macchiato from this woman who while she was asking me what I want has her back turned against me! You call that customer service? Order # 87682 inside target Springfield mall doesn’t even deserve a star!

Nothing too spectacular about this Starbucks. However, this Starbucks ALWAYS has a line, a long line and a long wait. By the time you get your coffee, you probably have lost your craving for it.

I am assuming this is the Starbucks on the lower lever of the Target at Springfield Mall? If so — I had a perfectly acceptable experience here — ordered my usual Venti light ice green tea lemonade. No issues. Fourbucks aka Charbucks is pretty standardized. I went on a weekday morning and it was not crowded — but I have seen it on weekends and it can get busy.

I’ve been to this Starbucks in Target three times. Twice they were out of regular coffee. TWICE. Two– thirds of the time. Sixty-six percent. The word COFFEE is in the name, right? Yikes. The first time, I let it slide because everyone has an off day and the barista was by herself and seemed pretty busy– she made me an Americano(didn’t tell me– just did it) and sent me packing. No biggie– but it didn’t go unnoticed. Today, the same barista said she had to brew a new pot– I didn’t have time to wait, told her so and she replied, «Ooooookkkkkaayyyy…» implying that it was my loss/fault. Yuck. Boo to you, Starbucks in Target. Boo.
