The truck was at Honest Weight brewery in Orange. Quick, good quality food. Minimal selection, but the food was very good. Flavors were on point.

Stopped by here for a «quick» lunch while working in Springfield the other day. I put quick in quotes because there was nothing quick about this lunch. There was one woman who was taking orders, preparing the meals and also cashing out. She was very friendly but this made for a very long wait for food. So if you are short on time you shouldn’t assume you can grab a quick bite from this food truck. As for the food, it was good. I’m not hugely versed in Korean food but I enjoyed what I had. The vegetarian dumplings were crispy and delicious. I also got the combination special of the day. This came with a pork taco and two sides. I thought the taco was great but could have done without the sides. This may just be a matter of personal taste though … there was fundamentally nothing wrong with the food. It’s nice having this food truck in the area and I’d certainly give it another try… when I was not in a time crunch and in the mood for a great taco.

Northampton, MA

Stopped for lunch today, absolute fire flames authentic Korean food. Either of the burgers are very good and served with sweet potato chips. Can’t wait to try more stuff.
