This company has great ladies working for it, but the owner is the most unprofessional man that I have ever had to deal with as a homeowner putting their property up for rent. Any discussions with Bruce starts with him refusing to get on the phone (he’s too busy petting his dog in the office) so he relays messages back and forth with the front office ladies. Then if you do get the ‘pleasure’ of talking with him then you get to deal with his condescending attitude and lack of need to answer questions, be accountable, or remedy issues with improper billing (it happened 3 times). RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Check the BBB as proof that this is not just an issue with me.
