This company performed a significant water damage restoration in my home, and the first time around there were quite a few issues with the quality of workmanship. Thankfully, upon contacting the company president, they have returned (even despite being years later) and are correcting the original issues and standing up to their warranty. We’re still in the process of correcting the issues but things are looking up.

Now that team rapid is finished, I am significantly happier with the final result. The owner of the company spent personal time meeting with me and assessing every concern, then sent his best affilliates to correct each issue. They were thorough, timely, and consistently responsive. I’d rate the last part of the job at 5 stars, so I left it at a solid 4 overall only because of the original issues. Any company can have unforseein issues, and how they go about correcting them speaks volumes to their ethic and assures that they are a safe choice.
