I’ve been going to this establishment on and off for about two and a half half years. The quality of their work has been subpar. I usually have no problems with a gel manicure lasting for about the whole 2 weeks maybe a nail falls off within the last 3 days of its life but I had one fall off the next day and then I have 3 fall off by 3 days after the manicure. I came back she address the four nails that fell off without a problem but then the new gel she put on also fell off. They literally charged me for a half price manicure and then said if any more fall all you have to pay per nail as if it was a change of color. After that I gave them a break for awhile. I returned yesterday for the holiday to get my nails done again and gel manicure my complaint this time is I wanted the glitter that’s fine it has to be three or four coats not a problem I’ve had glitter nail polish a lot. Its my favorite very girly. I watched her put on the four coats and then start so literally glob one glitter on the top so my nails about maybe a quarter inch thick. Go under the light a few times I come back to put another layer on it alright she supposed to know what she’s doing my nails are done all the gel has ran to the side of the nails and there really really thick. My biggest problem is that she recognized the problems she recognized the error and she polishedthem put the hot rag on me and said we’re done. That is literally the quality of the nail salon now just get it done. Gel manicure pics below. Sorryi have ugly nubs for nails it’s rugby season!

My new favorite place to get pedicures. The last pedicure I got from Bamboo lasted a MONTH. Unbelievable! The whole experience is relaxing and the workers are friendly. Pedicures here are about $ 5 more than your average price but I think it’s worth it for the quality service.

Love this place! I’ve been going to this spa/salon for about three years faithfully. Everyone is amazing at everything they do and are EXTREMELY friendly and accommodating. I normally go to Keena for mani/pedi and definitely waxing. Sith and Mike are also my favs! As far as nail colors, the choices are endless! I am obsessed with gel and shellac polishes($ 25-$ 30) and this is the only place I’ve found in the area that has the most choices! If you’re a fan of the Brazilian wax, I’ve found their prices to be relatively cheap compared to most Brazilian wax prices($ 35+ compared to $ 80+ at other salons). Only thing I cannot comment on would be the massages/spa services. I normally don’t get massages anyway so I never had a need to get one, but I’ve heard from other regulars that they are amazing. I typically go here at least 3 times per month and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Don’t let other reviews discourage you from giving this place a try. I have recommended this place to my friends and family and they travel miles to come on a regular basis. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Used to be a 5 star place. When they first opened I truly felt they enjoyed serving me. I ended up getting all of my girlfriends to go. Well recently, they got new staff, not as friendly. Quality isn’t as good. And they rush rush rush! I no longer go here, and neither do my friends. It’s a shame it got to their head because I did love this place … Too bad!

I went on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Friends had told me it was a great place. They failed to mention the waiting area was one tiny bench in a very cramped space directly next to the drafty doorway. Employees were sitting in the pedi chairs talking on their phones while people were waiting to be seen. The menu was out of date. They had me sign in with what I wanted then didn’t tell me how long the wait would be. People who came in after me were seen before me and that’s when I left. The employees were all dressed like slobs; sweats and sneakers. For a «spa» no one seemed to take any pride in their appearance or customer service. I will never try to go here again nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy.

I Love Love Love this place so much. Seth was my nail technician she was amazing she gave me a Pedicure Spa treatment with a awesome massage. I had to remove my old nails and receive a full set eyebrows and my upper lip waxing prices were extremely reasonable considering the luxury of this place. a Hidden Gem for sure… Seth Thank you so much.

this is the greatest nail salon & spa in delco. They only use top grade products. The gel nails last for a month to six weeks. The most enjoyable part of the visit is all techs speak English & actually converse with you while they’re doing a mani or pedi! I now dont have to feel like they’re talking about me, like I used to feel when I’d walk into a non English-speaking salon. I truly love Bamboo and so do my nails. r

Appointment: scheduled but still had to wait 40min to be seen. Nail color selection: was terrible, there was no color organization whatsoever and the bottles were near empty. Service: didn’t even get my pedicure and polish change Customer acknowledgement: no one communicated to me what was going on and they were not attentitive.

If you are a guy looking for a pedi, this is the place in Springfield. I’ll definitely be back.

I like how clean they are with the mani and pedis. They open a new package just for you so it is super clean. Also they have massage chairs, my favorite thing! My nail technician walked me through colors and options which was a nice touch. I would not go elsewhere.

I’m a lifelong Delaware County resident but never heard of this gem of a spa until I got a great livingsocial deal for a 1 hour hot stone massage for $ 40.00(regularly $ 85). Located on Baltimore Pike in Springfield where traffic is really nuts, its easy to miss this place. Once I walked in though, it was all calm and serene. It seems like this spa does a hard core nail business, and looking at their menu of services I’m excited to go back and try one of their many mani /pedi options. The actual massage was great. I had Linda, who was friendly and down to earth. She actually works with the hot stones, instead of letting them sit on your skin. It was a great treat to myself. Only downside… do not park in the front of the store. Unless your a daredevil and you like danger! Use the back parking lot. I didn’t know about the lot before my visit and parked out front where the trunk of your car is basically 5 feet away from the Pike. I’m excited to go back and get my nails done!

I purchased a Living Social deal for this establishment for a massage. There was a $ 5.00 difference between a regular massage and a Hot Stone massage, both an hour long. I purchased the more expensive Hot Stone option as it was something I had never experienced before. I made sure to relay that to the receptionist when I made my appointment. I also booked a half hour facial for my BF. The location is easy to miss if you’re not from the area, and I would definitely categorize it as a Nail salon which also provides some spa services-the atmosphere, although clean and relatively nice, wasn’t as «spa-like» and serene as I was hoping. The waiting area was small and quickly filled up when three more people arrived after us. The outside of the shop could also use a little work. Anyway, I was taken to another area into the massage room which was quite small but clean and functional. My masseuse gave me some instructions on undressing and what to expect, but never mentioned the stones. When I asked her, she informed me that I was not scheduled for a hot stone massage and that it would take an upwards of 20 minutes to prep them. After explaining to her that I paid extra for the stones, she spoke to management and came back to say that they would comp me $ 5.00 on my next visit. I then requested that they just apply the money to my BF’s facial, she let them know and then came back and said it would be fine. She was very nice about the whole thing and very apologetic… although the stones could’ve been warming up during the whole back and forth, lol but whatever. The massage was very nice, her hands were soft, the music was lovely, and she took her time. The bed could stand to be a little softer but it was alright. At the end she put this thing called Bio Freeze on my back(she recommended it for sore muscles) and rubbed it in. I would liken it to Icy/Hot…I didn’t like it and it burned for some time after I left. When I went out to settle my bill, the receptionist charged me the full amount of my BF’s facial… I explained the situation again and she informed me that since I didn’t specify the type of massage I wanted when I booked(I did) that there was nothing she could do about it. The manager then came up and instructed her to give me a $ 5.00 off coupon for my next visit. That’s not what I wanted, but I wasn’t going to fuss over five bucks. Anyway, my BFLOVED, LOVED, LOVED his facial! It was his first one ever and he’s wary of people touching him but he said it was super relaxing and his skin looked really good! She also gave him some sponges to take home. Overall, since this place is a little out of my way I probably won’t be going back for a another massage. I need the whole spa like experience, robes, dim lighting, the aromatherapy, the whole shebang to really get into the mood. The reviews for their nail services are awesome however, so maybe I’ll use my $ 5 certificate for a pedicure in the spring.

I have a hard time finding a nail salon that is clean, reasonably priced, and has skilled nail techs. This place fit all of these categories for me. After reading a few reviews on Unilocal,I found this salon/spa that i’ve driven past a million times. I was happy I stopped in. I got a pedicure and a manicure with Mike who is really nice and did a great job on my nails. I will definitely return.

What a place! I’ve been to several nail and spa salons in my time, from very cheap and plain, to very expensive and exquisite, and for the price you pay here, you get outstanding services, very nice décor, without the huge day spa prices that some places charge. Their staff are very pleasant, and remember you upon your second visit, even if it’s 6 weeks after. The pedicure chairs are very nice, massage chairs, that leave you feeling relaxed while you get a pedicure(which they have over 10 styles you can chose from!). The nail technicians that do full sets, refills, and manicures are very nice, and very attentive to detail. They also have massage services, waxing, and skin care evaluations. I have given this place a 5 for customer service, price and pleasant experience. I will not go anywhere else now that I’ve found this little piece of heaven :)
