So glad we chose The Carpet Girl to replace our family room carpeting right before Christmas. Very quickly and efficiently, they were able to measure, give an estimate, deliver and install our new flooring. Excellent quality and service… Highly recommend!

My daughter had spilled nail polish on her rug, we tried to repair the spots but finally decided we needed to replace the entire carpet. When I called «The Carpet Girl» the office staff was so friendly and helpful to find a time for a carpet girl to come to my house. A few days later, right on time, Dianne arrived at my house. She measured, help me pick out the best replacement carpet, and gave me a quote on the spot. The next day I received a call from her office letting me know the new carpet could be installed the following week. They removed the old carpet and installed the new carpet in a few hours. It was so easy! I highly recommend The Carpet Girl for any flooring job! You can tell when a company truly cares about their customers.

I had used the carpet girl in the past with good results but recent interactions were horrible. After many emails to arrange a time for her and her installer to check and measure my new place for flooring she didn’t show up. When I reached her on the phone she was rude insulting and very unprofessional yelling at me that I should have confirmed the appointment. Yes in hindsight I should have since she was so inconsistent in her follow up with me, but isn’t that what her staff is for? She took little responsibility for her mistake and then «fired» me! I have a new floor person now who seems happier to do my $ 10k renovation.

Diane Grossman is the go to woman for carpets. I recently refinished my basement and it looks gorgeous ! I was so embarrassed when we first met because you could barely see the floor is was so cluttered with stuff! She didn’t bat an eye and recommended a company to remove everything before installation. Diane has a great eye and came prepared with samples of carpet within my budget but didn’t look cheap. Fast, efficient, and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Thanks Diane!
