I’ll be honest, part of me doesn’t want to give away my favorite secret spot for finding treasures in the Eugene/Springfield area. But this is it! This is absolutely my favorite vintage store within a 100 mile radius. First of all, I have to say that the staff is super nice and welcoming. They’re perfectly happy to let you browse at your own pace without harassing you at every turn, yet they’re also quick to offer help or answer questions if needed. If you’re looking for something specific, they can often point you to items overlooked in nooks and crannies of the large store. As far as the goods, their selection is diverse and usually fairly priced. Although some items they have can be categorized as antiques, they really excel in the«vintage» realm of things. I’m a huge fan of anything from the 1950’s &1960’s, and I’ve picked up some real treasures from them at very good prices. Keep up the good work, friends at The Merchantile. You are always my favorite place to wander through when I have some leisure time.

Great little spot. A lot of cheap and new merch but if it’s complimented by a lot of vintage finds. The great news is that if you dig, you can find great stuff. Amazing furniture pieces 1930s-1970s under $ 200. That’s a score.

Hurray for this great little vintage mall in downtown Springfield. It’s under new owners and a new name now but it’s not listed on Unilocal as anything else. I love shopping for all kinds of things here. I find great prices on jars, tins, picture frames, and jewelry all over this store. The prices aren’t increased on things simply because they are old/vintage. They have a huge amount of space filled with all kinds of treasures. The staff is delightful. Love it!

I love this little antique mall. They have so much great stuff! And it’s way bigger inside than it looks from the outside. It’s a relaxed browsing environment with super nice employees. I go whenever I’m in Eugene.

Had lunch at the French Kiss Café inside this place. It took 20 minutes to make two half sandwiches. Then we asked to take them to go as we didn’t have time to stay and it took 5 minutes to put them in a box. After all that, when i got a chance to eat my meatloaf sandwich, it was horrible.
