I used this UPS store for a mailing address for two years and received and shipped many items from this store. The staff has always been super helpful in retrieving my packages, helping me ship my packages, and helping me carry if needed. They’ve always helped me very quickly and been reliable. The owner and staff truly focus on customer service and understand the importance of great customer service!

This is one of the few locations in the Alexandria/Springfield area where you can get something packaged and shipped. Trust me, all UPS locations are not full service! The staff was very helpful but no one seemed to smile or show any kind of emotions.
Not sure what i was expecting, but I would think they would be happy to see me since I actually found them in the midst of other small shops.
The UPS Store is located in a strip mall and would probably be something you overlooked it you wasn’t searching for it.
