Just a hateful manager, so that translates to the employees. They must be on a serious time crunch because at the window instead of looking you in the eye, smiling and saying hello they’re watching the timer clock. They’re always out of something, today it was blueberry muffins and butter. Geez. But it’s convenient and I like the coffee. ps once I got to work I realized they’d messed up my order, again. Apparently they give you whatever muffins they want rather than what you order.

So impressed with there quick service. They have great customer service minded employees. Love the donuts. The owners are great employers. Get coffe her quite a bit.

I have been coming here almost everyday for a year, they have never messed up my order, always quick and very friendly, the donuts are yummy, i love trying the coffee drinks, the only complaint I had was the pumpkin spice drinks get too messy they had to much topping but they are still good

We had 3 different people/voices taking order in the drive thru. We waited for the bagel after confirmed 3 times. The hash browns were barely warm. We ordered tim bits too, which also were the wrong kind requested. I would not return if had to choose between the others around.

I was impressed with this location when they first opened up but it’s setting to concern me a bit. Usually the staff is friendly and gets my order perfect but today was a different story– not too friendly, didn’t repeat my order to me or tell me the total while I was in the drive thru and no receipt was offered. Worse, I ordered a latte and it was over ¹⁄₃ foam. Huge waste of money if I’m not getting a full cup of coffee.
Hit or miss but still better than the location on Limestone.
