Honestly I would rate 0 if I could and here’s why : The minute I walked in I got stared at then immediately ignored. This was my first time ever going here so I was hoping for a hello or how you doing to make me feel a little more comfortable. My husband had to be the one to say anything and when he did the response was emotionless and sounded bored. They didn’t offer to help us with anything and if we hadn’t talked I’m pretty sure they never would have said a work to us. We tried two flavors and was so upset about the total lack of care that we left. I was so excited for this place too because they have organic products but the lack of interaction and interest in us lost me all together. I’d rather order off line then to feel so uncomfortable as I did when I walked into this store.

Horrible tank selection. If youre looking for good quality at a reasonable price don’t go here because they don’t have it. Its either the cheapest of the cheap or the highest of high end and overpriced at that. If you want customer service, go elsewhere. Unprofessional staff. The one who ‘helped’ me looks like they took him off the street. Blonde unkempt hair and giant plates in his ears. Looks like hygiene isn’t a priority at all here. Now im not stuck up or appearance based. Frankly I drive an ugly car and am super frugal because I really don’t base my life on what people think, but there’s a line. When youre going to work you should care. For your employers and for your clients. The fact is this employee had no social skills no selling skills no common courtesy and no respect for the customers or the place he works. Maybe the staff is trying to portray a cool hippie feel, but its a vapor store not a head shop. If management encourages unkempt, un showered employees who look like they just came in from the overpass then its def not a place I want to spend my money. Any intelligent businessperson out for any success or profit should instill respect and hygeine. This is basic stuff and they dont have it. Im glad I went elsewhere. Its terrible how one bad employee can destroy a reputation. Bad news because that one person who had had such a great experience has a whole business’ worth of vaping friends who take my advice and go where I recommend. Horrible selection of tanks. Absolutely awful. They’ve got one option of the cheapest of cheap, and the rest are super high end 35.00 tanks. All I wanted in the world was a good quality tank at a reasonable price. The bad selection, bad hygeine, and unbusinesslike vibe put off wasn’t enough to write a review. The fact is this guy had the nerve to be rude on top of it. I’ve already had the unpleasant experience of having to interact with you, and fake pleasantness and then youre going to act rude when Im not happy with your awful selection. Thats the employees job. Unfortunately the employees possess no social graces having come from the underpass or roasting hot dogs in trash can fires. Sad for you
