Man, has this place gone down his in recent years or what. The commercial use to always say«the world’s greatest toy store is toys r us, it’s the greatest selection toys r us», I see now why they no longer run that commercial, because it would be false advertising. Over priced for the limited selection. All they seem to over stock is the big ticket or popular items. Had to search the whole store just for a stuffed animal, and even then it was one little side of a shelf aisle. not impressed at all. they need to get back to being a TOY store with a wide variety, and it really is not necessary to charge out the nose. 5 stuffed animals was 60 bucks, are you serious??? Will think twice next year about going here.

Toys R us and Babies R us has a lot of products to offer and a huge variety! However they are so overpriced! I looked at baby bottles here and for a certain brand it was $ 9.99 at Toys R Us and the same bottle was $ 7.99 at walmart! I do enjoy the expectant mother parking though! :)

Store is okay. A little pricey, but that isn’t a big concern. What aggravates me the most is the aisles are FAR to tight! You cannot move a cart around in that store, and at holiday time it is a complete train wreck in there. I buy my kids toys at Target whenever possible.

Not a good selection as they have had in the past.

The staff is very nice, but disorganized. Twice I ordered«store pickup» online. I’m supposed to be able to walk right up to customer service and have them bring up my stuff, but twice, they couldn’t find it! I had to stand there waiting for 30 minutes for them to locate it. It would have been faster for me to just buy stuff at the store!

This Toys’R’Us is also a Babies’R’Us. One side is devoted to toys and such and the other side, to baby needs. This review is just for the baby side. It seems that this BrU is going to have the largest and most complete selection of baby stuff in Springfield.(Someone please correct me if I’m wrong here.) I had a lot of fun the other day as I zipped around looking at all the things that I’ll need, and want but not really need, when my lil baby decides to be born. In general, I’m booksmart about babies but know nothing about their ‘stuff’. BrU helped out with that a lot. The stuff is organized well and the staff is friendly(but the store was very cold). I liked that they have natural and organic selections along the typical stuff. Of course, it is kinda PRICEY compared to a lot of other places but, it’s also got the most adorable lil things you’ve ever seen in your whole life! It’s a toss-up, do I really need to spend so much for a crib and matching drawers… hmmm? And that $ 180 crib bedding, is it a MUSTHAVE!!! Maybe… maybe not. See ya there!
