There’s nothing terrible about this place but nothing extraordinary either. I’ll give it 3 stars since Unilocal considers that «A-​OK». I needed to pick up a package that was held at the facility. I went about 5pm. There were a couple people waiting for packages but I didn’t have to wait too long and I had a nice convo with the lady behind the counter that was there for about 26 years if I remember correctly; cRaZY! Anyways, I’m sure it can get busy there with long waits but I had a decent experience for what it’s worth.

After I’ve been there 20 minutes another lady came to help but she seemed to have no clue about where to look for packages.

The lady who helped me send my package was one of the friendliest ladies I have met in customer service. What a joy. Gave me tape for my box, but then taped it for me. Nice.
It’s tucked away, but once you find the place the next time will be easier.
Easier than heading downside the beltway to the FedEx hub, this was fast, simple and I had the added pleasure of meeting a friendly UPS lady.

They’re closed on Saturday, and they only ever have ONE person working, who tracks packages by asking what your box looks like. They open late, and there’s always a line, and I’m pretty sure they close early.

I have a package with a missed delivery and the door tag says there’s a C.O.D. for payment due. They could not explain to me why there’s a payment due and said they would not provide me any kind of invoice or statement showing what the charge is for. The person I talked to was very rude and didn’t understand why I would even want something like that. Very condescending and talked down to me like I’m an idiot. What’s wrong with these people?

Continued horrific experience. Called ((800) 742‑5877) early afternoon today to confirm that the package is still on schedule to be delivered today. After being told the tracking number (1ZT3519T4294913766) does not exist and spending time convincing the rep otherwise, I was instructed to sign up for the time window, which I did early this morning. I provided my personal contact information, but elected not to spend $ 40 annually for a premium UPS plan, which it did not state you had to pay for to secure the time window. (Exact notation, «What time will your package be delivered to your home? Get FREE approximate Delivery Windows on most UPS packages.») Thus, the feature is not made available even though they took my personal information and implied that there was no charge for the information. Was told that UPS may deliver up to an hour later this evening (i.e. 8 pm instead of 7 pm). Surprise! And, if they do not deliver today they’ll provide up to three delivery attempts. Not ideal as working folks take vacation time away from work for such deliveries. If the delivery date was subject to change, that would be helpful to know, especially for those of us with limited transportation options not to mention not being able to count on the designated delivery dates. I’m surprised this company has not gone out of business. The only positive here was the very decent UPS guy who delivered my item at 6:44 pm.

They have long lines and only one clerk. FedEx is SO much better and has more convenient locations!

No customer service for this place. Who doesn’t work on Saturday. Package was delivered at 3:40pm Friday but nobody was there to sign. Some people work at that time. The driver put in comments of the tracking record that he will make a second attempt. Never showed up. Called customer service and they said he doesn’t know what happened and they where closed. Tried to set up to pickup Saturday but they are closed. I will have to wait till Tuesday due to holiday Monday. They said they couldn’t tell me when it will be delivered. I guess you have to take a day of leave to get a package from UPS. What kind of customer service is this.
