Good selection of glasses and solid service. I loved the optometrist I saw but I can’t remember her name. Female with short dark hair. She was warm and friendly — I really appreciated that she took her time to explain everything fully.

I’m very unsatisfied with this location. Each time I went to get my glasses, they were wrong. The glass technician actually scratched them while he cleaned them. The staff bicker and are very unprofessional. I will pull all my business from vision works.

I’ve gone to this location three times now. The first was to get a measurement that I needed in order to be able to order glasses online from a different website with a prescription from a different doctor. I was surprised that they didn’t mind and didn’t charge me. When it came time for my next eye exam, I went back and they were helpful, courteous, and price matched an online site for my contacts. Just yesterday I returned for another annual exam and contact order and Britany at the front desk was great. She made sure that I got the best possible price for my services and contacts and even price matched Costco’s obscenely low price so that I walked away paying less than $ 70 for everything with insurance and the $ 28 digital eye map. I will be going back to what is now Visionworks annually for sure!
