I am a stickler for good customer service. Nothing irritates me more than being in a store, asking an employee for help, and having them be obvious about having no desire to help me. I just got off the phone with Jacob from this store. I was looking for a very specific make up brush that I’ve been having trouble locating. There was no one working in the cosmetics department today and Jacob happened to be the store associate to pick up my call. I am not sure which department he is actually with. He was so nice on the phone and he went way above and beyond anything I would have expected. He wrote down what I was looking for. Went over to the department to look for it. Came back with 3 brushes of the brand I was looking for, when we decided that none of these were it, he made another trip over to look again. He discovered they carry it, and were currently out of stock. He then offered to look in the computer to see what store carried it. When he discovered that it wasn’t really helpful, he then offered to call a few store and have them loo for it by its number.(I did not as him to do this! LOL) He was so kind and patient and was the epitome of good customer service. I sat right down with my phone to write this review. I am so thankful to him for his help. I hope the store realizes that they have a star employee n their midst. I know all of this was over a silly make up brush, which make this experience all that more special. Most people would have just said«nope, don’t have it, sorry.» And that would have been it. So, Thanks Jacob. You deserve a raise!

I have never been so frusterated before with a pharmacy. The basics of the problem was that I was given the run around over a simple issue over a prescription. There was zero communication between the employees. After four waste of time phone calls and two actual visits nothing was resolved and I took my business elsewhere for good.
