I needed a battery and a crystal for my Bulova. The Jewelry stores all wanted to keep my watch for weeks, but Zales told me to try Watch Technicians if I didn’t want to wait, so I brought them my watch. The guy at the kiosk was very helpful, and told me that he could have it done the same day. In fact, before I even left the mall, he called me and told me I could come pick it up. When I came back, my watch looked like it was brand new because the battery service includes a cleaning. Even better… I have a 5 yr warranty on my battery. I couldn’t be happier. I will be back, and I am going to tell all of my friends and family. Thanks Watch Technicians.

I love this place. Have been told many places to leave my watch only to find out they can’t fix it or it will cost more than its worth. This place isn’t trying to sell you a new watch. WOW! They only want to fix your watch in the shortest time frame and at the most reasonable price they can offer. I highly recommend this place. Thanks again Jeremy for such remarkable service. — Gail
