I placed an order approximately 2 months ago, wings arrived burnt so bad we couldn’t eat them. I called spoke to manager who was apologetic said would give a credit for next visit. Reluctantly i called today, placed same order asked to use credit and no one knew anything about a credit. Manager Eric gets on the phone, tells me sorry nothing in file about a credit. Takes my order which i assumed would be «no charge». Driver arrives an hour later asking for payment. I paid for the order. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again. Not the way to handle an unsatisfied customer service.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place before! Shame on me… I’ve been coming here for years and it’s been consistently a great place to get wings. I usually order the bone in wings, flats only and they’re nice and crispy. Their boneless ones are great too. I know I’m probably like most but you cannot go wrong with ordering the garlic Parmesan wings and #3 buffalo! The restaurant itself is very clean and bright. The prices are good and they’re very quick with the orders. The staff is also very courteous.

I’m from out of town so the look of it on the outside is deceiving, but it is sooo good! I love love wings. And this is up there for me. The breading was crispy, but not too much and just enough sauce! The fries were also pretty delicious. The prices are reasonable too. It’s actually a sit down service so don’t let the counter fool you

This was my first time here, at first hubby and daughter didn’t want to go inside but later on they thank me lol. We order the ribs and chicken and daughter order the chicken sandwich. We loved, loved our food and will be coming back for sure. It’s not too pricey and the food and service is great.

The chicken here is always very good. I find that the pricing is a little ridiculous. For a family of four to eat it usually costs us around $ 50. That is a little much. I also don’t like how they only give you so much ranch or blue cheese and then charge you for extra. More chicken you order the more dipping sauce should be provided. Other then the cost, the food is always great. The Parmesan garlic rub is probably the best one they offer. Lower your pricing a bit!

Absolutely terrible tonight… I live right next to the Springfield location and work next to the Westfield location, I eat here 3+ times a weeks(well used to). When I am told that my order is going to take 15 minutes, and end up waiting 44 minutes– I am obviously going to be irritated. I work in the restaurant business, I know how these things go. And I realize it is not the phone girls fault that my food took so long-this is the reason why I kept my composure with them. But when I am a paying customer and am visibly upset, not only should they have given me some acknowledgement but the fact that when I turned around to walk out after I finally get my food, then I see the two girls working in the reflection of the door LAUGHINGATME because I am obviously upset. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. They are lucky I kept walking and kept my composure. Not to mention they also forgot my drink. Waiting 3x the amount I should for my food, employees laughing at customers and forgotten items. Not ok. Hoping to find a new wing place to eat at 3+ times a week now.

Based on recent experience, I won’t be returning. I’m a very regular customer, spent a lot of cash here(between once a week $ 10 visits and sporting event takeouts) I’d say I’m around $ 800 for the year, likely more, but would rather under estimate. Not counting steering the company I work for(when I’m in the office) to use them for takeout orders. Today I arrive and to my dismay, I forgot my wallet! Totally my fault. I go in anyway, hoping they’ll let me call back with my CC. Keep in mind I’m a regular, they have my name and know my order by heart(DC-3, Garlic Parm, large side of the Cajun teriyaki sauce). Sadly I was rejected. Cashier, very nice by the way, asked the owner who was in back. No go. I live almost 20 mins away, wasn’t going home and back again. I said ok, cancelled my order and left. No Jerry Springer moment. But they also lost a very regular customer. Happy side note, on the way home called my favorite Chinese place in East Longmeadow(not sure if I’m allowed to mention them by name, but near Big Y on Harkness, next to a very good pizza place), told them I was driving by, couldn’t pay until I got home, would they mind me placing a order(my other regular location once a week). Response? No Problem! They can lose my order, give me the wrong order, or accidentally burn my food, they’ve earned goodwill!

Fast, friendly, and delicious. Every time I’ve eaten at Wings I was impressed with the quality of both the food and the service. I’m particularly fond of their golden BBQ sauce, which they were courteous enough to sell me some to bring home. Highly recommended.

Love this place! We live across the street and they never judge us for delivery when it would take us 5. minutes to walk. Little bit expensive, but is it worth every penny? Hell yeah. Only one time we received a bad order(cold food) we called to complain and they gave us a credit to order with next time. Awesome service and super fast.

I attended UMass, so I am used to the Hangar Pub and the Wings Over brand they sell. Since I have moved to Springfield, I have tried the Wings Over Springfield and the quality is the same. As a UMass student, I lived off the honey BBQ boneless wings and Wings Over Springfield delivers the exact same taste I remember from college. The only difference is, of course, how the restaurant is presented. Wings Over Springfield is a casual eatery where you can seat yourself after you order from the large wings menu. I believe some alcohol is served, but nothing like a big bar. The place is accessible for pick-ups and an easy place to grab a quick bite with the family or with friends. I believe many of the Wings Over restaurants are like this and quite different from the Hangar. If you are used to the Hangar in Amherst, Wings Over Springfield is a different approach to the Wings Over brand you might be used. But, you are going to get the same quality food.

Delicious Wings! Had a delicious lunch today from wings over Springfield. We had the Jerk chicken and honey mustard wings. I also had the onion rings and french fries. Delivery was very quick and also the delivery driver was friendly and smiling. It was extremely easy to order off of the website and add a tip at the time of checkout as well. I will be ordering again soon.

Granted, getting a good delivery in Springfield is difficult, but just because you’ve cornered the market doesn’t give you the right to be cavalier about customer service. Our waffle fries withy cheese had no cheese, the«wimpy» wings were very spicy and the delivery driver gave us a dollar back because he forgot a soda. When I called to complain they did offer to send out another order of fries but it was too late. A credit for the bad fries would have been nice but instead the person just gave me excuses, we check all our orders but that one just got by me. Can’t really rate the food since we didn’t get muvc if what we ordered. The Cajun teriaki wings were tasty tho.

I’ve stopped by this location twice now, with similar results for both visits. The first time, I ate in restaurant. It was about noon on a weekday, and the entire place was empty. It appears most people utilize this location for take out or delivery. My waitress was, to put it nicely, a bit unskilled. It took forever to get my food, and the wrong dipping sauce was brought. I had to wait to receive my check, and wait for my debit card to be returned to me. Then, I had to wait for my to– go box. The bone in wings that I ordered were well sauced, and the sauce was plenty spicy, but both the french fries in the wings were cold. The fries, in particular, were soggy and downright disgusting! Think Ore-Ida frozen fries, not quite baked all the way through. The second time, my fiancé and I stopped by to order takeout. He wanted boneless wings, which I personally never order. Our wait was just about the same as if we chose to dine in. The boneless wings are much larger than traditional boneless wings at other restaurants. Imagine fried chicken tenders tossed in buffalo sauce. Again we got the same level of heat, almost too spicy to eat with the boneless wings, as it was heavily saturated. The fries were minimally better this time, but still, the food was served cold. I like their variety of sauce flavors, and the level of heat their buffalo sauce holds. However I would recommend that they find a way to better regulate their temperature control. If there’s one thing I can’t stand, it’s cold hot wings and soggy french fries.

I usually went for bone-in but I ordered boneless today to share with my kid. I placed an order online around 10:30am, before its even open, to be delivered at noon. Big mistake, it seemed like the delivery guy left the place at 12 because he got here at 12:13. No big deal if I didn’t specify the time but shouldn’t I get it at 12 if I put down to be delivered at 12? But I gave the guys $ 20 anyway(total of $ 15.49) Large selection of flavors to choose from. I had my usual honey BBQ and try something new with the hot garlic. Honey BBQ was good but the hot garlic taste like hot sauce and TON of vinegar spilled in it. Boneless wasn’t bad. Not too dry but bone-in would be a lot juicier. I also love their big and chunky fries. Definitely not those skinny one like McDonald Even though they were a little late but the food still hot/warm and wasn’t sit around. Good price for the combos too!

This is a college hangout and the kids LOVE the wings… I had wings two star and they were so vinegary hot I could not eat more than three– The other sauces may have been a better choice but the Buffalo sauce was not the best. They also serve blue cheese dressing premade packs commercial and two small pieces of celery. The beer was super cold and the staff super friendly-great place for young crowd but not for me… have had better wings elsewhere… the kids raved about the boneless wings…

Great wings. Large and meaty. Many choices. We got a combo pack that had 15 wings, fries, and a soda for $ 13.50, GREATDEAL! They stay open til 3 am Friday & Saturday. Only negative I found, is that if you are eating in the restaurant you now have to order from a waitress instead of at the counter which adds an extra 15 – 20 percent to the cost which is ridiculous for a quick food establishment like this. That being said the waitress was very polite and efficient. 4 big screens situated all around the dining area. Very clean atmosphere. Overall highly recommended!

I just love there honey bbq wings. They are so yummy. They serve crinkle fries and honestly, I think the fries from here suck. Delivery takes forever. Your better off picking up.

This is where I go when I want good wings. I always order bone in and the Garlic Parmesan is my favorite. In the winter they don’t really turn up the heat so wear a sweater. But they have the tvs on and you can definitely eat in.

We’ve done takeout from Wings several times. Always boneless because I’m a lazy wing eater. I’ve only made it to Jet Fuel & it’s flaming! Not quite ready for Afterburner yet. We’ve worked our way through all the BBQ& teriyaki sauces. Good stuff! Boneless wings are big, meaty, hot & cooked perfect. Always a nice fat-pill treat.

I’m a huge fan of their Amherst location, and we’ve gotten boneless wings from this Springfield spot several times. With plenty of parking and easy in/out, the logistics are better here than fighting the crowds in Amherst, and the online ordering makes take-out a snap. As for the wings, I personally prefer the«saucy» rather than«dry» flavor varieties, and am grateful that they specify the difference on their menu. The one that never lets us down is the honey mustard, and I always make sure to get a good amount of those and leave my experimenting in smaller portions. I wish they would come out with a sampler that would give you a couple of every flavor… that would be awesome and would allow for discovering new favorites without over-committing.
