Wits End Loved browsing this store although I rarely bought anything. Sadly they are not in business anymore, at least, not at Old Keene Mill Road… now it’s Walgreens.

I adore this little shop! They are my automatic go-to when I have to find something for the ‘person who has everything’. I always find something different when I go. They also carry StoryPeople( ) gifts which is a huge plus.

Wit’s End has been in this strip mall for 10 years! I always go in there with high hopes to then have them dashed by some crazy expensive prices. To me this is a browsing store — I wouldn’t buy anything here because it’s just high priced junk. take for instance some wall squares that have zodiac designs painted on them. $ 85. or an old license plate turned into a PURSE and bedazzled. what? Anyway, I like it but I don’t, you know?

This has become hubby and my go-to store in the burbs for anniversary, wedding or house warming gifts. Wit’s End has super cute stuff. A bit on the quirky and kitchy side, but really unique. We have bought colorful, hand painted cookie jars here, as well as a ceramic butter dish shaped like a sheep. There’s also handmade jewelry like the adorable pendents, necklaces and brackets fashioned out of bottle caps. And hand painted one-of-a-kind furniture. The kitchen décor stuff here runs up and down the price scale with items like mosiaced fridge magnets, silicone potholders shaped like a fish and oven mitts shaped like frogs and dogs. Oh, and they carry Queen Bee jewelry here, too.
