Hopefully, with new competition in town, yellow cab will step up and start running a business which people will want to call. The picture of the cabdriver smoking at the top of this page, is an example of what is wrong with yellow cab. Many of the drivers don’t care about anything but getting through the night and putting on as many miles as possible. Customer service does not seem to be a priority. I am not speaking strictly from the point of view of a customer. I have known drivers and I have known a couple of cab owners.
