My 15-​year-​old son and I both were patients at Yes Braces over the last two years. We were always treated professionally and now that our orthodontic care is complete, are very pleased with the end results. As an almost-​50-​year-​old, the care I received when going through Invisalign was encouraging and careful. It was not an easy decision to go through these procedures as an adult. Due to a developing underbite, I wore Invisalign, had two veneers replace my incisors and went through slight tooth stripping. All this took place over 18 months and could have been an overwhelming and intimidating experience. Dr. Ghatri and his entire staff were always helpful, concerned, professional, and accommodating. My son and I were able to get concurrent appointments and the front desk personnel, Elizabeth especially, made each visit easy and punctual. Elizabeth was always patient and courteous when I would call with questions and I appreciated her time and efforts.
For every routine orthodontic check-​in, Dr. Ghatri would greet my son and myself warmly. He was able to advise us on the best treatment protocol with everything laid out at our very first visit. We did not find any hidden costs or treatments that extended our time for my son’s braces and my Invisalign. It was a good experience for both of us and I have recommended Yes Braces to both family and friends.

They’ll overcharge you beyond the contracted rate they have with insurance companies. Your only choices are to sue them in small claims court for the overcharge difference or just don’t do business with them in the beginning. Better to pick the latter.
