Good Dr., right to the point. but it took two months to get an appointment.

Love her! The office is in an older building in Springfield but don’t let that fool you. The office staff and nursing staff are so sweet and efficient. Dr. T is so thorough and really scans your body from head to toe. She doesn’t take any chances and will take care of any suspicious areas. I trust her and feel she has never missed a thing. I make yearly appts and feel she has caught things that could have turned into skin cancer. Lastly, you. Never feel rushed or uncomfortable. A rare find!

Well, I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, then some more while I was taken to a room… Wish I was given a heads up on that one.
Dr. Inia is pretty straight forward, quick, and to the point when she is actually with you though. If you are looking for someone to be chummy with or «hold your hand», she may not be the doctor for you. She does however seem to know her field well (we’ll see…) and will tell you the best approach (in her opinion) but also give you references if needed for a second opinion.

Dr. Inia was excellent. Great bedside manner, very efficient, and she did a very thorough exam.
She was also very upfront about her time constraints, what needed to be done, what she would work on, and what she’d send you to a surgeon for.
While I was waiting the Doctor had an emergency patient come up — she came out into the waiting room and told us that due to this emergency everything was going to be delayed by ½ hour or so. She then suggested if anyone wanted to go for coffee or something she’d be here when they returned. It’s not often that you get that kind of update, and I’ve *never* gotten it from the Doctor themselves!
The office staff was very friendly, was able to schedule appointments quickly despite the calendar being very full.
*In case you were wondering, she has no accent (and some beautiful Ukrainian decorations in the offices)
