I love that there is absolutely no detergent residue or chemical! I also am a big fan of the extraction with hot water. Definitely the best my carpets have looked and Herome was so informative, helpful and professional in every way! I feel like my carpets have received a «second life»! I had Zerorez come in to clean the carpet on a rental I manage. In October when some tenants moved out, I had hired another firm come in. I had no complaints, but the stains reappeared. When another set of tenants moved out, I needed carpet cleaning badly, as the renters had spilled dark blue paint in one of the bedrooms. Zerorez not only got the old former stains out that had reappeared, they removed the paint stains as well! Totally amazing. And the price was WAY lower for superior work. I had them come to my own house, and it looks like I have brand new carpets, even though the house was built in the 1970’s. They were very careful with my furniture and wood staircase. Every stain was removed. EVERY single one! And it smells clean and fresh, not like you just sprayed with air freshener — just a clean outside, fresh air smell. Zerorez is incredible. Great technology. Great people. I can’t say enough wonderful things!
