Decrepit office, AC is a laughable portable in the middle of the floor in summer, smells to high heaven like sick and moldy dog. When I went there to drop a dog off as a favor and promptly scolded the owner for even going there. Needs to be shut down. no healthcare facility for ANY animal should smell or look like that. God only knows how gad the fleas where on that big pile of stacked dirty dog blankets i saw behind the desk.
