If I could give this location –10 stars I would. I do not know what is wrong with this location and how they never get your order right. I had major problem with them around 3 months ago and sent them email about it.
I thought I would try one more time and went back. Oh boy was that a major mistake again. They do not know how to listen or even know how to read the order boards. I order macho nachos with no sour cream. They started making it and the add sour. Fo me I cannot eat lettuce so I order my food with no lettuce. I got to my home opened it up and it was loaded with lettuce. Had to drive back and get it fixed. THEY CANNOT READ. They just see a item name and start making how the menus read.

I love Del Taco but not this location. Arrived here last night after a 6 hour drive tired and hungry. I ordered a kids meal for my son and 3 tacos for me. I watched their screen while I sat there at the counter waiting… it took 13 MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD! (Mind you we were the only ones in the building besides my aunt & two cousins.) I immediately asked for new fries since they were cold & he upgraded to a small fry instead of a kids fry (like that honestly makes a difference) then ate my shrimp taco first and it was COLD not even a little warm. I threw it away. At that point I was too upset to get a new one. I live 10 minutes away and will NEVER GO BACK!!!

Their food isn’t that great, but they have two things going for them. One, their food is really cheap. Tuesdays are Taco tuesdays and you can get 3 regular tacos for $ 1. Two, they are open 24 hours. If you get the midnight munchies, then go there and pick up a fiesta pack. It may not be as good as Taco bell, but it’s a lot cheaper.
