Little Giant Ladder Systems

I would like to submit a review of the ladder, but at this time I have yet to receive it. So I am basing my review of their poor customer service. I have e-​mailed 3 times to find out what is taking so long with the shipment of my ladder (I ordered a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped) and finally received a generic response saying that a ticket was opened and to check the status of the ticket follow a link. The problem is that the link starts with a 192.168.0.x IP address which makes it a private local network unable to accessed from outside their company. So being frustrated I called the customer service number, and after being on hold for 30 minutes, someone finally answered and gave me 5 minutes of excuses of «ladders are made to order», and «port strikes are delaying shipments», etc… and was told that it wouldn’t be shipping for another 1 – 2 weeks. Had I known they were going to charge my card 1 ½ months prior to shipping my ladder and that they had some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, I would have just gone to Home Depot and picked it up there. This really is a poor way to run a company and deal with customer retention. If I could I would have given this company zero stars.

the product is great, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired! I purchased the REVOLUTION 17′ ladder for $ 283. Also bought some accessories. Received item with a COUPON for a bundle of accessories that would have saved me $ 40 with the website given as the place to purchase. Went on the website, and there’s no way to purchase. Called customer service and was told that no longer available on website (even though the coupon gives you an URL to enter your code. So representative tells me that I have to purchase over the phone and BTW, they add Utah sales tax even though I live in Oregon where there is NO SALES tax. Personally, I think this is a scam to get people to call them and collect another $ 10 rather than honor the IN PRINT coupon URL code. It’s not a lot of money, it’s the principle of it, and not a good way to earn more business. My husband is the purchaser. He was so turned off by their attitude and unwillingness to make the deal work, he refused to buy it. Be careful people — there are lots of online businesses and lots of customers. If you piss ‘em off, there’s goes your future earnings. Just sayin’.
