Flew in town from California for a small town Wedding. All hotels were booked and never staying at a bed and breakfast had no clue what I was expecting. And in fact I only booked it for 1 day not knowing what to expect. Not only did they have great service, food, refreshments and the property was beautiful. Had breakfast with the other people staying there and just felt comfortable. In fact I just asked to stay another day! Definitely recommend ! Even over the microtel and holiday inn

This was a wonderful stress reliever. I didn’t know what to think before I got there as I was a little confused about the themed rooms, but after being there, the whole motif makes sense. This is a big, warm, welcoming house and the themes of the rooms are, in themselves, a place to explore. The owners are wonderful and incredibly hospitable. If you didn’t venture farther than the second floor where your room is, you’d still find enough to keep you busy. A small common room with a bar and a stock of wines, beer, coffee, tea, water and other refreshments is waiting to welcome you. Grab a glass of wine and head outside to one of the two hot tubs or even swing on the expansive front porch and you can just relax and while away the time. There are ski areas and vineyards close by and Springville isn’t very far from Buffalo International and Niagra Falls. If you’re going to be in town, this is the place to stay.

Very nice place. Every room has a theme. Beer and wine served and nice porch to sit on. 30 min away from holiday valley 5 min away from kissing bridge(those are the big ski resorts) very nice owners. Very good catered food.
