First time in, what a joint! Rob Ray is part owner, check this place out Sabres Fans. The food is fresh burgers and dogs, not frozen. All your favorite fixens for the grub. Very nice, reasonable prices and family style eating. Some outdoor activities and lots of patio space too.

Guys! Pay attention. We told you twice that your new salad bar, that you are a apparently so proud of, was in bad shape. 1. The lettuce was so bitter. It tasted like reduced-price lettuce does after two more days in Dole bag. Not quite«Rotten» but close. Could not eat it. 2. Cucumbers were slimy. Rotten. 3. Carrots, broccoli and cheese were as dry as could be. I mean like dehydrated dry. 4. Cottage cheese — runny — not a crime just nasty. 5. The onions were dry and floppy(if that’s possible). As my grandson would say…Ewwwww! 6. List goes on. Eat not-fresh! The sad part… We told the order-taker and the manager on separate occasions. They merely swapped out the cucumber. .. after we told the manager. The order-taker response was a very polite«Thanks for letting us know.» Everything else was left for the next dissatisfied customer.

This place should be called the four stooges. What a bunch of idots running the place. The fry guy couldn’t tell the difference between a straight fry and a curly fry. your food gets cold because it sits on the counter too long while they try and figure out how to run a business. they handle your food without gloves. health department should shut this place down. tables and areas to dress you food are very dirty. do yourself a favor and drive to georges or teds if you want a decent hotdog.

This was a nice addition to Springville last year, but they had a tough start with service being painfully slow(though always friendly). We dropped in again last week and the service speed is much improved. A very simple menu, but tasty for what it is and the ice cream selection is good(without going over the top). Nice to see a local non-chain business in town and happy to spend our money there instead!

Went in for lunch today with the family. Between the 4 of us we had the fried bologna, foot long and jumbo burger. Everything was fabulous amd the staff was great. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a grilled dog or buger.

Was fortunate to stop here on the way back from an overnight in ellicottville. After a night of good times and drinks some French fries and dogs sounded like just the ticket. Cool atmosphere with photos of rob ray from his playing days, wood tables and paneling. Great fries that we watched them handcut and can’t go wrong with a great sahlens dog. Quality char grilled burgers. Great work Rob can’t wait to go back!

We went in on Saturday at 8 and the lady behind the counter said we have turned off the grill so all we have are maybe hotdogs, mean while the kid was pulling all the condiments. We had a family of 6… we left and had pizza at cascade laned. Don’t recommend service sucks. Just a bunch of kids wanting to go home.

We took a family ride today to see the fall colors and check out rayzors. Ok hot dogs and burgers. Can’t mess that up right? We were greeted with«our credit card machine is down, sorry». Off to a good start. Glad we had cash. So I still don’t understand why a hot dog has to cost almost $ 3. Cook seemed to mess up orders before us. Which slowed our order down. My sons burger seemed a bit rare. A little pricey for hot dogs and a burger. Fries were way too thin. And how strange to the they actually have their rolls, potatoes and oil inventory along the dining room wall. And it is never a good thing to see fly traps in a restaurant. So a nice log cabin. Amish furniture. Rob ray pictures. And a small unimpressive menu. We can at least say we were there. But won’t be back!

Wife & I stopped in on way back from Ellicottville. We were very impressed. Staff was friendly — food cooked to order — and plenty of seating inside & out. Everything was delicious — we even bought gift certificates to give as gifts. Rob & his partners did it up right — we WILL be back. Have no idea what these negative posts are about — perhap some jelous folks from another restaurant in area? Now here’s the reason to get on/off the 219 @ Springville & not take to the end. 5 Stars!

Stopped by on the way home from Niagra Falls last week. Didn’t know anything about it, we just said we’ll stop and get a hot dog on the way back to Pa. to hold us over until we had dinner, and that just happened to be the place we saw as it was just off the highway. When I got in there and saw the name I wondered if former Buffalo Sabre Rob Ray owned it because I know he was called Rayzor up there. Once I looked around it was obvious that he was indeed part of it. The atmosphere was great minus the fact that there are still some things left to be done in there, such as some glass, and the penalty box area seemed to be under construction. I ordered a foot-long hot dog and curly Fries. The order was cooked after I ordered it which is the right thing to do, the wait is OK if they’re cooking the food. The hot dog was actually a bit under cooked and the curly fries aren’t the way I prefer.(I prefer them to be seasoned) the rest of my family liked them. If you have to use the bathroom it’s a good chance you’ll have to wait because there is only 1 of each. The staff there was very friendly. The girl at the counter was polite, smiled and even went along with the jokes. I’d give this place 4 stars if the hot dog was more unique, but it was no different than a hot dog at a tailgate, except it was a foot long. I can see this place being either very popular or closed within a year depending on whether or not they get rid of the kinks. From a business point of view they’re also over staffed on a Wednesday. Good luck to them and next time Im there ill see if its any better. If you’re a hockey fan it’s worth checking out simply for the atmosphere.

This place is terrible, i waited in line for 20 minutes and they did not cook my hot dogs until after i waited that long and in the long line. They guy making the fries had several complaints and threw away all the fries he had cooked, meanwhile he never started cooking mine until i already had my hot dogs. The girl filled up my drink as soon as I ordered so it was diluted with no ice. After 30 minutes I left and asked for refund for the fires that never came. There was two owners and an manager there and despite numerous people complaining about the slow service and lack of fries, they did nothing while the idiot frie guy threw a fit about the complaints. Dont go here its terrible, they are trying to be like George’s in north boston, drive the 15 minutes north to eat, again this place is terrible. No one there knows what they are doing and again the owners and managers did noting. ZERO stars!!!

Management needs to sit down and take a look at their serving Line and staff useage. You pay for your order then it takes 15 minutes to work your way to the end of the line where they finally begin to grill your hot dog. After my hotdogs were cooked they put the fries down in the fryer. Needless to say we finished our hot dogs before we got our fries. If they are to last there’s got to be a better way. The staff they’re great but too many of them are just standing around. It’s a nice new building with really cool tables but it looks to be getting a little dirty. Trays of Rolls and boxes of potatoes are stored in the dining room against the back wall. Perhaps part of the décor… Things just need to be cleaned up and organized. let’s get it together folks.
