This Walmart waters down the bathroom soap, so you have to hit 4 or 5 times just to get enough to actually be sanitary in washing your hands. And the bathrooms are in fair condition. Walmarts trying to take over everyone’s business. The brand names I like are slowly being replaced by Walmart brands. I go elsewhere & buy them now. It’s a shame they are doing that. I have seen them run smaller businesses into the ground, because they can’t compete.

This is my go to grocery store for convenience and price. I do get frustrated almost every time I shop here. I might notice an item on the shelf several weeks in a row. However, the one time I need to purchase that item, they are out of stock. Once they are out of stock, it may be 1 – 2 months when and if that item returns to the shelf. They do carry several gluten free items, which is a necessity for my family. Wish they had more. This particular Walmart may start carrying a new item, sell out very quickly and then never have it again. I’ve been told by several employees that you can’t really request an item through the manager, because the shipments they receive are what headquarters wants them to have in their store. I hate driving to Trussville to shop, but i must, at times, to get the things I need.

As far as Walmart’s go, this is the one you want to be at. True, they are a tad smaller and have less of a selection, but if you live in an area, such as I, where Walmart is honestly the best choice as far as prices on every day items go, choose the Springville Walmart… Every time. The associates are much nicer(for sure the older generation of cashier and in-stock associate) and a friendly cashier is a rarity in today’s world. I typically always have a positive experience here. There are, of course, a few snotty, bad tempered people there, but every service business has some of those. This one is the best as far as overall experience, in my humble opinion.
