Poor customer service, not one person greeted me. A regular customer in California and always treated nicely. Very sad considering I wanted to purchase a hand bag. Store is dark and carpets are dirty they need to clean up the employees too

I bought a t shirt from this store. The store itself is old and out of style. The shirt I bought turned out to have a defect and your not allowed to return. So I spent 150 on a shirt that had a defect and was not marked defective.

This location isn’t as fancy as other gucci stores but it is an outlet. They have a great variety of items. Definitely cheaper than actual retail store. The few times I’ve been there the staff have been very helpful.

The lady sales associate was very attentive. Satisfied my purchase requests to her best ability. Women’s selection was awesome however men’s dept was 0 to none.

I have been to many Gucci stores around the globe, and several of them was a Gucci outlet. This one has by far been the brunt of any of the Gucci stores. It lacks that «luxurious» factor that Gucci has. Inside of the store seems to be very dark, crummy, and disorganized! The staff seemed to be much more interested in catching up on their daily gossip instead of helping out their customers. Oh well, if I was in the market for another Gucci item I will just drive down to Orlando or wait until I am at another city where I know there are legacy Gucci stores.

Sure, Gucci speaks for itself, but my friend and I walked into the store and the staff were the most unenthusiastic bunch I’d ever seen. There was no greeting or customer service. We couldn’t get any assistance for searching for clothing or reaching products that were too high for me. It was obvious that they were all just ready for the store to close so that they could go home… and it was only around 1pm! Lol. I feel like customer service is important for any establishment. We walked in, looked around, and walked out.

NOt bad but not as good and the rest and the man at the door is not cool very not cool he was very touchy feely the customer service could be a tad better but the shoes are good.

CHEAP!!! everything is like half the price of the store. mens wallets are like 120 and womens are like 240… i spent 650 on my wallet and saw something similar for about 300… they are an outlet so they dont have a big selection of everything just a small selection.
oh there are new pastel colored outlet only wallets there! im going back for those!
