I usually love Panera. When they substituted a bland roll for the baguette, it didn’t go well. I am glad they changed back to the baguette. Yum. Now, they took away the Asian Chicken and Cobb salads — 2 faves. The substitutes are awful. Just awful. Please bring back Asian Chicken and Cobb. Even your staff is confused? Remove 2 best sellers? Please. I like Panera, but now I can’t find a salad I like. We want to come back. Help.

It used to be that i could pay $ 8 for a sandwich at Panera and get full. I just paid $ 10 for a full sized turkey kale panini, opened the box and wondered where the rest of it was. 4 little nuggets of turkey — not even full slices– and a couple of leaves of kale and some spread. I’m still hungry(and am not a big guy). What a disappointment.

I use the app regularly to order food for grabbing as I’m on my way through town. The food is consistently good, and I’ve yet to have any issues with the quality. Sometimes the order can be missing certain elements, which is why you always double check the orders when you get them, for eating in or taking out.

Very easy ordering service — love the kiosks and the table trackers. I walked in, touched a screen, sat down, and my food showed up by the time I setup my laptop. Also, very good customer service and a friendly guy who seemed in charge — Brandon. I saw the poor guy get sucked into some bad conversation by customers and he still stayed friendly like a champ. Also very on top of the restaurant! Great place strongly recommended.

Probably the slowest drive thru in the area, definitely the slowest drive through any Panera I’ve ever been to, you might as well go in unless you have 20 minutes to sit in your car. Combine that with me in my opinion pretty outrageous prices for the quality and size of portions you get and it’s easy to pass up

I love Panera any day, but this location seems to have some issues. Every time I come they are out of majority of the desired pastries, the pastry items that are in stock are lacking moisture and seem to have been sitting for some time, and the staff always seems hurried and flustered.

The food is what you would expect from any Panera bread restaurant. The service is good they are very friendly and helpful whenever I’ve been in. But the wifi is extremely slow. And usually I’m at a place like this to catch up on school work while having decent food.

Pathetic food portions. Manager refused to come out and take a look at my steak and cheddar sandwich(«He is in the back right now»). Called corporate and was told they are following company protocol by putting only 1.5 ounces(what?!) of steak on a half sandwich. Left hungry and paid $ 30 for myself and wife… left feedback on local SwipSwap and got a unanimous similar experience. Too bad to because what little steak there was, was delicious… doesn’t make up for paying $ 30 and having to go down the street to Chilis.

Worst Panera ever! Took forever to get my order. And they left my sandwich out for several mins on counter which made the hot meal cold. This is one of the Paneras where they are supposed to bring the meal to your table. Who knows how much longer it would have sat on that counter if I hadn’t gone to check on it when I did. Filthy coffee area, no creamer, no sweet and low, coffee grinds in coffee. Workers arguing in the back. It’s not hard Panera! You just have to plate your meals, clean the counters, keep creamer and sweetener out and take a bath before you show up for work. We won’t be back!

Today i ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. Very disappointing. It was so dry each bite continued to stick in my mouth. Adding some butter on the outside of the bread before grilling would help immensely!

Nice facility and location… LOVE the drive-thru, LOVE the Mediterranean Breakfast Sand(the pesto makes it! Wish some of the other sands had it…), LOVE the Caramel latte… HATE when I order a large, pay extra for 20 ounces, and the cup is NEVER full(…not even close!) Wish there were more iced coffee options on the menu.

This place just cannot get it together, rude servers, extremely long waits in drive thru with no acknowledgement or apologies for a ten minuet wait before they even open the window. The sandwiches are skimpy, the food overpriced and yet they stay in business simply because of the chain name and drive thru convenience. Don’t waste your time or money

Another fav of mine. This location is good so far. Inside and outside is kept clean. The service is quick friendly and efficient. I love it that there is a drive up. It can get really busy so get there early to get your favorite baked pastries or soufflés.

I found the Greek salad somewhere between mediocre and unremarkable. Although the lettuce and feta cheese were good, the other ingredients that distinguish a Greek salad were either missing(tomatoes, peppers, cukes) or anemic in both quality and quantity(red onion rings and olives). The cup of dressing was so-so.

The server, Jessica, was very rude and disrespectful to my family & I as we approached the counter. She did not acknowledge us or say anything to us to let us know she was not going to help us. At that time, another server next to her, Ryan, was very polite & considerate. He immediately took our order. Very disappointed Panera would hire this type of person.

Never before have I been to a PB where instead of getting your own food at the counter, it’s like a restaurant and your food is brought to your table. I’m not sure if this is the norm, but if it is, I’m moving to St. Augustine, because in NY you pick up your meal, and then dispose of it yourself. The bakery and sandwiches are standard, cookies, muffins, paninis, all that good stuff.

Their a little over priced, for what they give you. Sorry but unless your going in for a bagel and cream cheese in the morning, the sandwichs are just plain for my taste buds.

I hate it when chains become a fad and become so popular that they don’t care anymore about service. The food here is ok, nothing special but every time I come here they screw up my order. I work in customer service, so I understand things happen, especially when they are busy, but when a mistake is made you are supposed to make it right. Not treat me like I’m the one that screwed up, and then offer no apology of any sort and have attitude about it. I have been to many Panera Bread’s over the years and this is the worst. It’s a shame to because I was excited to see we were finally getting one here. Twice they brought me someone elses food. Once the lady tried to tell me it’s what I ordered… I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure I know what I ordered 15 minutes ago and what I was in the mood to eat. When the gentleman a few tables over said it was his, she rolled her eyes, and just walked away. Once again… not even an apology. Only once did I have a lady taking my order where everything was right when it came out. She was bubbly and friendly and actually talked to you rather than treating you just like another number at the DMV.
