We arrived in St. Augustine the day of(5÷26÷16) our forks & corks tour. My husband and I were to go on the 1pm tour but due to a prompt call from Aaron and a scheduling conflict– we were rescheduled to the 5pm tour. Our main tour guide was Corley. It was his first guided, but Aaron was with him as back up. My opinion is that Corley didn’t need a backup– he was awesome in his own! He made my husband and I feel included along with the other 2 ladies in the group. We were very well informed of history, foods and establishments of the area. A great sense of humor from the guide, Corley was the icing on the cake! Afterward, Corley took the group of for in his golf cart valet. He personally dropped us off at a lots where we had been parked. Great service and a first great impression of the people and businesses of St. Augustine Florida! We will definitely be returning… and requesting Corley!

we did the tasting and wine tour, it was great! We visited 5 different locations all different than the other with a tasting plate and glass of wine at each. Every tour can be different so visit more than once. They utilize about 30 different local and family owned restaurants so options are limitless. it was very relaxing and a fun time. Highly recommend!!!

We would give it 4.5 but app won’t let us do half star. Our tour guide Allen was great and very knowledgable. We had food at about 5 places. Each place except the old house city inn we had 2 samples of food. We didn’t do drink up charge and glad we didn’t because the options were not a plenty for $ 20 up charge. We felt full after the tour was over but we followed other reviews and did not eat before. Half way through the tour we were hungry since it was only bites. A couple of the places we sampled we would go back. The others we wouldn’t. Loved the end of the tour because we went to Claude’s chocolate shop and got free homemade hot chocolate and chocolate plus 10% discount — so worth it and a great ending! Would recommend this tour as we went to places we would haven’t gone to on our own.

My lovely bride and I did the Lovers Romantic tour. We had a fantastic time, the wine was great and Ken made the tour fun and informative. I would definitely recommend Tasting Tours. The staff were friendly and willing to accommodate all extra request. I am very persnickety and rarely give five stars but had no problem chucking five this time.

We took the Corks and Forks tour, and even in the rain Jennifer made it a wonderful experience. The wines were good and the food even better! I would definitely do it again!

I can’t rave enough about The Tasting Tours. JoJo, the owner, is fantastic, spunky, and SO much fun. We had a blast with her in their gathering area tasting wine alone. She asked us very thoughtful questions and was able to help us find the PERFECT wine for us to take along with us on the tour itself. Our guide, Aaron, was so personable and knowledgeable of the city. The restaurants, wines, and sites he picked for us were AMAZING and we plan on visiting several of them again. It was the best time either of us have had in ages and would recommend booking with Tasting Tours to anyone and everyone. It wasn’t just a tour, it’s now a favorite memory. A++++

November 2014 We had such great time on our Vittles and Vino VIP wine tour! It was a bonus that our carriage driver gave us information on the area and our guide Jenn made it special by making sure we all had everything we needed(more wine) and spent time with each of us taking pictures of the group. The selection of restaurants was perfect and the other guest on our tour was a lively fun group. What a lovely way to spend a beautiful day in St Augustine with friends. We are looking forward to our next tour soon!

Had a wonderful time, sampled great food and wine and enjoyed the city. Jennifer made our tour all the more fun, Maggie, our driver, was fantastic, and well CHIEF … he stole the show.

A must do! Our tour guide Jennifer was so awesome and made our trip so fun! Got to go to some hidden gems around town that we would never have seen otherwise and had some great wine and incredible food! I would definitely opt for the carriage tour! It’s so nice an relaxing and we met some awesome couples. The carriage is nice when your drinking wine all day. They give you a bottle to drink in the carriage going from tasting to tasting. Worth every penny.

Our wine wasn’t good. And worse, our driver, Kurt, was just the worst thing ever. He attempted to be funny but instead was obnoxious. He accosted pedestrians with«do you have any Grey Poupon?» and similar. He knew(or shared) very little about the history we were driving past. The carriage threw a wheel during our trip and his reaction was very strange; he told us he lost a wheel, stopped and jumped off the driver seat, and left us to wonder what in the world would happen. Were we stranded? Did we need to find alternate transit back? Turns out we were fine, but he didn’t tell us that, just hopped back up and drove on without letting us know we were okay. «Are we safe?» we ask. «Oh yea! No problem!» Ugh, he was terrible: imagine My Cousin Vinny driving you through the US’s oldest town. No.

I booked the lover’s nights of light wine tour, expecting a romantic carriage ride through St Augustine to see the city full of holiday lights. Booking the tour was super easy on their website, and upon arriving, we were greeted by a friendly guide. Unfortunately, I was a little taken aback by the professionalism of our carriage guide. I paid $ 152 for an hour tour, which ended up being only about 45 minutes. It was supposed to be a romantic tour, however the guide continuously talked about her views that marriages never last forever, as well as horror stories of botched proposals in her carriage. Hubby and I would start talking amongst ourselves, and the guide would actually interrupt us to go on about her views. She also commented several times about how quiet we are, which I believe should have been a hint that we would like to take in the sights. I can see that this tour company could be fun for a group tour looking to talk, drink and have a laid back kind of tour. PS The lover’s tour is in a bright pink carriage!

Awesome, awesome, awesome. 6 stops on a horse carriage, wine and food at each. Wine on the carriage, and the guides talk to you while on the carriage about the history of St. Augustine, there is no better way to experience St. Augustine. I will do this tour again and again!!!

This is a must do! The tour is perfect for anyone who loves to explore a new city through it’s food! My husband and I did the Vittles and Vino tour on our 1st day in Saint Augustine and it was an awesome way to get our bearings and see the city. They were right when the website said cancel dinner plans-we left full, buzzed and happy campers!
