Vino Del Grotto

What a charming place! There’s great variety of merchandise — wines, flavored vinegars and oils and so many other things which attracted my attention. They offer tastings and the staff goes out of their way to help and accommodate. I bought the peach flavored vinegar which is terrific on berries and salads. It’s an easy place to be — no pressure, but you will want to buy something since the prices are reasonable and the high quality products are delicious.

This place was pretty nifty. My wife wanted to find a cocktail that we eventually found somewhere else, but we happened along this place and I noticed they had Sangrias, which my wife loves. I suggested we go inside. I figured they would be on Unilocal,because they seemed to very connected online, but I could not find the exact location. Perhaps they had an older location, because there was a close name match.
This place is located a stone’s throw from the Lion’s Bridge and the Ponce de Leon statue is right next to it basically. It’s on King St.

My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Sangria. It had some fruit inside and it was a special for only 5 bucks. They had some interesting wines that I wanted to try, but didn’t want to tote all the way back to my car. One of those was a key lime wine or something like that. It caught my eye, but I had to pass.
They had some other specials and apparently there was some crackers and cheese to be paired with their wine tasting service. Definitely a cool and classy place from what I could see.
