All Things Art Studio

This art studio is perfect! Erin and her staff are great instructors. I have only attended wine and canvas events and each time it was awesome. The three best things are: you choose your size of canvas, you can modify your colors to your liking and its BYOB!!! I highly recommend this place for a girls night out!

My daughter has taken classes and private lessons for a few years & loves it. Erin is patient and sweet.

I first signed my son up for Mommy and me art classes through All Things Art Studio for the winter session of 2013. When arriving at our first class, the owner/​teacher was almost 15 minutes late. In addition, there was another family at the studio waiting for the teacher. They wanted to plan an upcoming art party… they were not part of our class. So, although the teacher did get materials for us, she spent the vast majority of her time with the other group of people planning an art party. Several days later I was informed there were not enough participants for the Thursday session of the Mommy and me class to continue (we were the only ones). Thus, it was canceled and the teacher informed me that I could sign up for the next session (not asking if I would like a refund). I agreed to try to find a time in the next session. I assumed she would then contact me with my options. I never heard from her. I looked up times on the website and e-​mailed her. Unfortunately, the only time that worked for me and my son was the Thursday class that was again canceled. After I e-​mailed the teacher again (she made no effort to contact me with options of classes), she offered to run the class because she had found another Mom to participate as well. I then e-​mailed her to find dates that would work and never heard back.
About a month later I requested a refund and she has never responded. I have e-​mailed her at least four times requesting a refund, and at least a response. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
