Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling an estimate. I waited for four hours and nobody showed. No phone call either. I called to ask for an explanation and was told that they had to push the estimates back a day, but I was never notified. They offered to reschedule the estimate, but I feel that my time is far too valuable to take that chance again. So will look for another company to give my money!

We had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday between the hours of 9am-​7pm for gutter cleaning. Big time frame there, not to mention it gets dark at 4:45pm so I’m unsure how they’re planning to clean gutters after then. Regardless, I waited all day and they never showed. Around 5pm, they called saying due to the weather (ahem, the «weather» being ½ hour of rain in the morning right at 9am), they were running behind and had to reschedule. Fast forward to reschedule date of today between 8am-​4pm. JUST RECEIVED A CALL — AFTER 4pm mind you — saying they «held off due to temperatures» and have once again rescheduled. You mean to tell me you didn’t see the forecast this morning and had to wait until you missed my appointment again to call me to let me know?! Please. Me thinks not. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional company. They do not deserve any business when they clearly don’t respect customers.

I started using these guys in 2011 — and was really satisfied. They charged $ 110 for a 2 story home, and did a great job. Then suddenly in 2012 the price went up to $ 160 and this year it’s $ 175. They told me it’s due to healthcare costs — which I’d like to believe… but really have a hard time doing so. Going elsewhere as a 62% increase in price year over year is crazy.

update: This is in reference to previous bad review. The owner of Bubbles saw the review and called me this morning and worked with me to my thorough satisfaction. I was so impressed that he cared enough to rectify the situation that I will definitely be giving Bubbles my business in the future.
original review: (before owner called me) a half hour job and they charge $ 150. that includes them coming back to put a seal coat on it. If I was doing that it would be a fair price. I could not use that portion of the service because my deck has a colored stain on it. I was not sure I could not use it until they finished power washing and I saw that the washing took off part of the stain that was on their but not all. Called them and they would not budge on the price. Will not use them again for this service. Maybe the window washing part but not the deck wash. They tried to tell me that the guys come out for free to do the sealer part. I have yet to hear of people who work for nothing. crazy
