Very awesome Vape Shop! Even though I didn’t buy my kit from them that didn’t matter Mike and his whole staff was very friendly and know their product so well. They answered all my questions patiently. Definitely going back here again soon!

I was amazed by the level of service. I went in not knowing much about vaping. And Derrick got my tank setup and a very tasty first bottle of juice and was really patient answering all my questions. Will definitely be going back to buy all my ejuices.

Love this place. Found it while looking for something else. Small, family run, ready and willing to answer any and all questions. Love the tasting room they have set up in the back. Ultra friendly and gladly buy from them again and again

I have frequented this shop for about a year and I love it! It is absolutely my go to shop for all my vape needs. It is a small, family run shop with a relaxed and inviting environment. The staff are all very knowledgeable, and are always ready and able to answer any questions I have. They take the time to cater to each customer and make sure that when someone purchases a device they are not only satisfied, but they know how to use it.
I would also like to say that in the entire time I have known these people they have never been rude or «high as a kite, «and I think its immature and completely out of line for a person to make unfounded accusations simply because they aren’t satisfied with a store policy. When an individual buys a product, and leaves the shop with that product functioning properly, it becomes that persons responsibility to maintain said product and use it properly. If a product begins to malfunction after a few weeks, it is either because of a manufacturing defect or more likely, improper usage. It is neither the stores problem nore responsibility. It is rediculous to expect the store to take that product back and expect a refund. Just because a store won’t cater to an individuals sense of entitlement and disrespect, does not give that person a right to spew slanderous lies about them. But of course this is just my oppinion. Luckily, there is more than one vape shop in existence, so if someone doesn’t get what they’re looking for at one establishment, they are free to go somewhere else.

I bought a device from this shop and it did nothing but leak excessively. So, I took it back to the shop and spoke with the husband owner who seemed to be high as a kite. He got extremely mad at me for questioning their product. He proceeded to tell me they won’t refund the product and took extreme offense to me talking bad about the product that was breaking on me after one week. The guy then proceeded to walk away and talk about fairness but did not want to return my matching set. Eventually after me saying you are not being fair and you should return my product so I can get another match he told me his wife would return the product and he did not want to sale anything to me, my mother or father. My father then went to look at oils and my mother and I waited by the counter for the wife to finish with her customers. My mother began to tell me she understood what I was saying and that I could have her tank when the wife began to yell at my mother and I saying we were rude and to shut up talking until we left the store. We left the store in utter disgust and shock from the mistreatment we received from this husband and wife. Again all I wanted was my product returned so I could buy a new one however, the guy was too high to understand what I was saying. I also don’t appreciate being yelled at like a child to shut my mouth along with my mother. Extremely rude. I will personally go to vapor fumes online which is based out of Melbourne FL and pay the 2.50 in shipping to get better CBD and better product with 100% satisfaction. You just lost 3 people’s business.

In terms of quality and selection, the best vapes flavors and units anywhere in the area, bar none. Competitive prices, neighborhood feel, and run by knowledgeable professionals who can fulfill your every need, it’s where I go for all my vaping solutions and, if you’re in the area, you should too!

I really liked this place until my mech mod started acting weird and producing vapor that tastes like burning plastic.
I went in to ask if I could return it. It’s nice, but there’s so much money that I’ve had to put into it and all these things going wrong with it that I just didn’t want it anymore. As soon as I walked in and said the word «return» the entire staff developed a salty attitude. I told them all the issues. They kept saying, «well did you try this and this and this» which I did. They told me that I had the wrong juice or something, which they did not warn me about when I bought it. They also said I had the wrong tank for the mech mod, which they ALSO did not tell me about when I bought it. They literally did nothing to solve the issue and said they did not take returns which they ALSO did not tell me! Stores are required to give customers the return policy BEFORE they buy things!
I will not spend a single penny more at this place ever again. I wish I had pushed harder to return it earlier, but they all kind of gang up on you when you tell them something’s wrong and it made me very uncomfortable.
I’m so over «vaping» it’s BS waste of money!

Was just in earlier today for the first time, and I was blown away! Not only do you get a top notch knowledgeable staff, but a very friendly and welcoming experience. They were very helpful for anyone just getting started vaping or if you’ve been in the vape scene a while now and need troubleshooting help.
These guys could run just about any business and I’d be a customer for life! They helped me get signed up for some discounts on future visits with a simple app. No pressure with the sales, and they let you sample some flavors.
I truly wish I would’ve started my vaping experience here! I know have an awesome set up and a killer place to go if I need any more supplies or secondary set ups ;)

Great knowledgeable staff. Not like the other places with a bunch of teenage kids sitting around and running the place. They are professional and really helpful. I am a repeat customer for sure and will not take my business anywhere else.

These guys are super helpful and I needed it. I walked in 3 minutes before they closed (I did not realize it until I left) I knew nothing about this stuff but he sat there let me sample flavors and told me «we’ll get you off cigarettes.» He knew everything about the juices and the vaps and was super patient with me. Awesome job! Customer service is great here!

Don’t let the sketchy/​run down look of the outside of the building fool you. This shop is located in the basement of an old building right downtown St. Charles, but the inside is quite nice. Upon entering, I was greeted by Mike — the store owner, and two other employees. While the inside is very small and quant, the vape «bar» (more of a lounge room actually) is very nice and relaxing, with a table containing a Keurig and water as well, very nice.
They have roughly only 10 – 15 in-​house juices, but each of the flavors are quite good and I would consider them «premium» flavors — not cheap or bunk by any means. They are sold in 15mL ($ 10) and 30mL ($ 18) sizes, both in glass containers with drippers which is another nice touch — all for a reasonable price. My favorite flavors were «Horchata» (comparable to Mother’s Milk) and «Grasshopper» (a very good mint chocolate chip flavor). On top of that, they offer 15 – 20 other premium quality juices from third party vendors. The employees sat with us in the lounge and talked with us and were very knowledgeable and kind. This shop has all the bells and whistles as comparable vendors and I would recommend anyone in the area to try it out and support a local shop. They also had a couple couches tucked in the corner with a nice speaker system, perfect to hang and chill in.
My only con would be that they definitely need some more in-​house flavors, which I assume are under development and they will continue to routinely roll out new flavors as time goes by.
Overall good experience and would recommend this shop. I am currently vaping their Horchata flavor and cannot get enough.

this place looks a bit different on the outside. but I went in a few weeks ago and taken by surprise.
when I first walked in, I was warmly greeted by the clerk and what I assumed to be the owner. They were helpful and welcoming when I first walked in. they asked if I vaped or not, and what I was looking for. (I was only looking for a new ejuice flavor.) they were happy to show me the selection of ejuice flavors, which was located in a small room adjacent to the batteries supplies and tanks display section. what floored me was that when I sat down to test their flavor selection, they actually sat down with me! most places are the type where the salesperson is behind a counter and busy with something else.
they were happy to give me their output and insight on the ejuice they carried. once I made my selection I went and finalized the purchase and I was on my way.
they seem different from other places as in they seem willing to listen to what types of ejuice people look for (I like menthol flavors), as well as mention their favorites. they are also not the type of vape shop clerks who have one of those crazy expensive mechanical mods that belch out smoke… if I had a nickel for every shop ive visited that had some toolbox of a guy doing that… and then blowing the smoke IN MY FACE… thanks buddy… I really needed that… anyways, a very very good place thats just getting started and is definitely worth taking the trip to.
their prices are also fair and just, and actually pretty good prices. matter of fact they offer military discounts for veterans as well.
all in all very satisfied, would visit again, worth the trip, people are nice there, and the prices are good. give them a try!
