Update: they offered to redo it for me if I brought in another handkerchief.
Dissapointed with the work they gave me. They did not center the embroidery on the handkerchief I gave them for my mom. Spent a lot of money to have them mess it up.

I understand the job I was inquiring about is small. But what this man doesn’t realize Is that I own a local company that is expanding next month. So that means I’m in the market for shirts and other products. He was an older man who was Grumpy abrupt and uninterested in giving suggestions or polite answer. I do not know how these crabby baby boomers stay afloat.

I am happy with the service provided to me by Terry! He was knowledgeable and very patient while working with me to determine sizing and exactly what products I would like to order. He made excellent suggestions as to thread colors to match the feel of what I was looking for my garments to portray. I received top notch service for what I am sure they consider a small order (2 polo shirts, a rain jacket, and a bag) and will return again in the future for more.

I tried to use them and the gentleman I spoke with was horrible. Rather than looking at me as a potential customer in the future he looked at me as a one time job that he was not interested in the impression he could make in the long run.
The service I requested was a gem transfer to shirts and he said they would not take the risk of transferring the crystals. He prefaced everything with «I’m not trying to be rude» which means… I’m about to be rude but I can’t help it.
Horrible first experience and will NEVER use them.
