We all know what a Fed Ex Print and Ship center offers, but this is worth a review.
I walked in with something on the larger side that needed a box. I asked if they had anything that would fit my item. Dennis said, «I’m sure we can find something,» He walked away and minuets later my item was wrapped, packed, sealed and taped, ready to go!
But OH NO! I had forgotten to put something inside! I felt so bad; he had done such a nice job! Dennis, said not to worry! He unwrapped what he had already painstakingly wrapped, all the while making me not feel absolutely terrible! He said, happens all the time, I’d rather you discovered that now rather than after it was on it’s way, and other nice things. Never once did he utter a complaint!
He truly went above and beyond for me and I’ll choose this Fed Ex over the one closer to me next time!
