Hi folks,
I used them to service my furnace at therental property and I was very disspapointed! I have a furnace which is about 2 – 3 years old and it is still under warranty. The furnace stopped working and I called them up to get an estimate. They showed up an hour later but they did call that they were running late. They diagnosed it as a bad blower motor and notified me over the phone. The tech told me that it will take $ 700+ to change the blower motor and he has a replacement motor and motor mounts with him in stock. It sounded expensive and I told him that this unit might be under warranty. I told him that I need to look up if this unit is under warranty and he told me that he didn’t have time for this and it was not fair to him that he had to wait there for me while I lookup the warranty stuff. I was fumed by his comment and told him that all I need is 10 mins to look this stuff up. This is the least he can do while he charged me $ 89 for diagnostics. I told him that $ 700 is a lot of money for this small furnace but he insisted that it will cost me that much. While I was looking up the info, he called me few mins later that my furance was under warranty and it will cost me $ 300+ to get it replaced under warranty.
I endedup going the warranty route.
Bottom line, these guys are crooks and tried to charge me $ 700+ and selling me a new motor instead of looking to see if my motor was currently under warranty which ended up costing me $ 300+
I will stay away from them.
