We decided to try this place since it is right near our house. They have dinner all you can eat for $ 20.00 and lunch for $ 15.00. A lot of options to choose from and the service is great and the sushi came out really quick! We will definitely be coming back here

Premise/Intro A nice little sushi place off of North Avenue that’s has a pretty wide selection of food. Cooked and all you can eat sushi is pretty good here. Décor The décor is simple and nothing too fancy. Everything is very clean and every table top is loaded with soy sauce, low sodium soy sauce and siriacha sauce. Service The service was very good and the waitress was very kind and extremely helpful the whole time. She was also very patient especially when she knew it was our first time here. Food/Product The food was good. I got the all you can eat sushi and tried about 7 different rolls. All of them were good although I was not a huge fan of one of the crab rolls. It tasted a little too fishy for some reason. However the first rolls I ordered were excellent. I also ordered the miso soup which was very good as well. Price The price was fair at $ 20. For everything that was included the price was one of the major upsides to this place. Overall experience/Conclusion Overall MAYBE I’d be a repeat customer. Overall very clear place with a great and curteous staff but I was not overly pleased with the food.

Another sushi place try-out and another slight disappointment in the spicy maki roll department. JC Sake has a really cheap lunch special where you can get 2 or 3 rolls so I did my usual spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and spicy yellowtail, AKA, my typical judgement order.(Yes, by myself. I can put a lot of sushi down, alright?) Honestly? None of the rolls really tasted like anything at all, nor could you really tell them apart(even by color). The maki were all small, mushy, kind of tasteless, and overall forgettable. And they certainly weren’t spicy. I will say this(to not sound like a total jerk): We had good service, the miso soup was good, and the gyoza seemed to please the baby(though she’s not very picky judging by the garbage she tries eating off of the floor) so there was some goodness to our visit. It’s just that I’d give this place a pass for boring maki.

Yummmm! Fast, friendly, reasonably priced. Didnu say yumm?! The atmosphere is very intimate and clean. We did the sushi buffet which was 20.00. You can order all you want but have to eat it all or you will be charged for any left overs. Still, totally worth it.

Food– We stopped in for a light dinner and had three sushi rolls… California, spider, crab tempura. All of them were pretty good. Freshness and preparation were solid. I probably could give them a five if I had gone with something more risky. But all you can eat sushi is such a good deal!!! Service– Free dessert fried bananas which was also a bonus.

The food isn’t bad, but it’s not the best around. I’ve been here several times and mainly had sushi and fried rice. The sushi is ok, but nothing really special about it. I typically get spicy tuna rolls to make my decision of the sushi is good or not and they do a decent job with it. The fried rice seems like the same stuff you would get at any takeout kind of place. If you eat there the inside feels like a fast food place… really lacking ambiance, and kind of boring.

The sushi here is amazing. I’ve never once complained about the sushi, the Chinese food. Is ehh, mediocre. I order here frequently, I work down the st. I ordered a small, hence. SUPERSMALL. Not worth the price. but i do recommend the sushi during lunch. super fresh, great price. very authentic !!

What a great find! Thank you to all the reviews from Unilocalers because they were true! First off, the service was great! Very friendly. And was soo nice to our 2 y/o. Second, the food was delicious, fresh, and good amount! The all you can eat deal is a DEAL! They have a good amount of choices on the AYCE. Third, I’m coming back! :) This is a definitely a place to try! :)

All you can eat sushi for $ 20 bucks! Yes. And it was tasty. But the real reason I am writing this review is because their staff was SO friendly and accommodating. Wow! I just cannot say enough great things about this place. Good food, really great staff and excellent prices. A trifecta.

I’ve been here a few times and it has been nothing but amazing! The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are extra friendly and VERY attentive. Great prices for quality sushi. The ginger salad and miso soup are enough to keep me coming back!

I’ve been to Wok N’ Fire, RA, Coast and various other strip mall sushi places. And JC Sake is STILL my favorite. I USUALLY order online(which is super easy and convenient). They have it ready to go very quickly. And ALWAYS give extras of the soy and wasabi(the mom is always so nice and asks if you need anything else) Eating in is even better. I still need to try the all you can eat buffet, but I am particularly partial to a roll that isnt on the buffet menu. The Pink Lady roll is my FAVE! I usually also order a couple of pieces of hamachi sashimi or salmon sashimi and let me tell you… NO other places serves such LARGE chunks of very fresh fish! You really get your moneys worth with their sashimi. Eating in also means you get free edamame and a free mini dessert(chefs choice). I absolutely love it here not only for the food but the family owned service too! Edit: As of the last three times I’ve gotten to-go it has been hit or miss. Sometimes you get really large hunks of sashimi, sometimes they jip you with much smaller ones. The pink lady roll is also always inconsistent. Sometimes it’s round, sometimes it’s teardrop shaped, sometimes there’s a LOT of rice, sometimes little. Sometimes the roll is loose and easily starts to come apart. The people are always very nice and welcoming, but the food has been all over the place the last few times I’ve eaten.

I love their all you can eat sushi special! That’s actually the only thing I have had there, and I will keep going back for more. I actually prefer the lunch option as it holds me until the next day. Hey, it’s cheaper too! They usually put crunch in their rolls, but I always ask them to Do without. The owner always replies anything you you hunny! Which cracks me up. Speaking of which, I love that it is family owned. Although one time, the owner’s daughter was serving us and was wearing her stce gear. Go east! I felt super bad when I walked to the back to go to the restroom and I saw her sitting there with her massive amount of homework. She earned an extra tip from me that day.

Have always wanted to try this place since they opened. Finally did and I am so glad I did. The serving staff was helpful and nice. Edamame was brought when we sat down. Love that! We ordered the special Salmon Avocado Mango sushi roll — I don’t normally eat sushi but it was made to order and the Salmon was fresh. They make the sushi right in the dining room. There were several tables of people eating just sushi so it must be good. We ordered General Tso’s chicken dinner special and it came with fried rice, delicious! The Egg Rolls were really good crispy and hot! We ordered the chicken and broccoli dinner special and it was really good! I will definitely be going back! Prices were reasonable.

Love their lunch specials! I’ve been coming here since they first opened. The service is good. Sometimes there’s a language barrier… I’ll ask for brown rice and then our server will bring out fried rice. Or she’ll split my bill when I’m seated with my 13 year old daughter. Whatever. All in all I have enjoyed the food and whenever the sever is in the wrong she always corrects it.

Environment: no music only the staffs & customers talking… 3 stars Service: only 2 female wait & the chef help to deliver the foods to our table… a bit slow but they greet us in well manners & very polite, 4 stars Food: we tried sushi buffet this time lot of options but most of the foods they forgot to serve we need to reorder again & they never send us complete set for what we checked in the menu list… seafood soup is too salty… overall 3.5 stars. Price: as buffetb $ 19.99 per pax, drinks & soup order from additional menu with tips is 60 dollars for 2… not worthy… 2 stars So overall is 3 stars… I’ll come back again to try their Chinese foods next time ;)

Great selection of sushi rolls. All you can eat sushi buffet for $ 19.99 is worth it for big Eaters and includes soup and appetizers for same price. Individual Rolls are well priced.
