Fantastic company. I have been through many property management companies and have never been as happy as I have with this one. Very consistent, I receive my rents in a timely manner and they handle all of my tenant issues. No headaches for me anymore.

I wish there were negative star ratings for this business. I used REI to rent my home out when we moved from St. Charles to Chicago. I was lied to from the beginning regarding fees and how and when my home would be marketed. I did most of the marketing work and had to ask them daily about listing the home. They charged an extra 50−200% above maintenance costs for minor repairs. Their communication is terrible. Once you sign a contract, they cant be reached. Very dishonest. Very rude agents! Much better options out there. BEWARE!!!
