Rosati’s Pizza

New in the neighborhood ordered a pizza it was so good, the entire family loved it! Wide variety in the menu quick and easy ordering and delivery was fast too. Will be ordering again!

Well last night I was so hungry and decided to order from ROSATI’S pizza but after I got my order delivered I was so happy to have such a great food and fast delivery which was I actually need that time, thanks to ROSATI’S specially this location .keep it up guys.

Had to give one star to post. Ordered their Gluten Free pizza. Does not compare to other GF offerings in the area. While I realized when ordering that this was not going to be gourmet pizza, it was extremely dissapointing. Will not order from this store again.

I normally get entrees and some apps from a different location and have never had a complaint. However… This location truly ruins the «Rosatis» name. The beer nuggets were seriously so horribly made that i just threw them out. The Italian beef was like a subway sandwich after you drive over it, And poor some juice on it. This location needs to take some tips from the st charles kirk and 64 location. I feel like I should have brought the food back and actually showed the management what they sell so they can see how embarrasing it is to call them selves a «rosatis» seriously… I have given this location NUMEROUS chances to redeem themselves and it only gets worse and worse.

If you want to get a pizza that looks like it was me by a four year old this is the place to go. My order included a jumbo pizza half Hawaiian half monster with no bacon or black olives; the rest of the order was just regular menu items; difficult order?! I don’t think so. Well my pizza was full of bacon and I couldn’t tell where the one half started or ended!
When I called to complain the rep was more argumentative than helpful. I totally dislike places that don’t appreciate customers, I spent over $ 100 on this order and certainly didn’t get what I was expecting. There are cheaper places with better service!
Save the headache and try something else.

The only thing that was good about my experience was the speed of delivery. The guy who took my order didn’t listen and wasn’t friendly and hung up on me after he told me the total. (Welcome to Chicago, I guess.) I said Caesar salad three times and I still got a garden salad. The pasta was not great either (cheese tortellini in marinara).

This location is run by the most incompetent people. They are very rude. Trust me on this, the customer is NEVER right at this pizza joint. There are too many other pizza joints around town to settle for poor treatment by the owners of a company.

I have only tried the pizza and mozzarella sticks. If you are feeling pizza and you don’t want to spend $ 20 at Gino’s East or Giordanos then this is your cheap pizza fix. It is a takeout and deliver joint. The slices are mediocre. They are huge and go for $ 3/​slice. Cheap but not that great.
If you get the thin crust, now that is pizza worth eating. There marinara for the cheese sticks was very good!

This is the worst pizza place around. I can’t believe this chain is still in existence. The pizza is average at best, and is dry and bland. The owners aren’t very friendly and can’t understand their accents.

The pizza is decent but however, the menu is very large and it is supposed to be an Italian resturant. The items on the menu are random foods that arent italian such as: burgers, wings, coleslaw etc. The prices are very high and they find any way possible to rip you off. The company is poorly managed and the manager/​owner aren’t very friendly. Whenever I call in to order or pick up food, I always hear yelling and swearing in the background and Ive even seen the managers be mean to the people that work behind the counter.
This place needs new owners that know what their doing.

The pizza tastes ok but the service is horrible.
1. The cheese they use must be the cheapest known to man it is so oily and greasy and it never melts it just stays in the shredded form.
2. This location has coupons but they only accept some of them if you get the one on their menu it is 10−15% and their website has 15−20% if bring in the higher value 15−20% they will not honor their coupon on their own website… kind of dishonest.
3. When I was waiting to pick up my pizza they guy was on the phone and the person had questions that the order taker must have thought were stupid or ridiculous because he kept on rolling his eyes… nice customer service.
4. Don’t order any of the apps they are over cooked to the point where they are burned
They make everything on the cheap and up-​charge you for everything
This time will be the last time I ever order from this establishment… save your time and money there are much better places to order pizza from.

Pizza is super greasy. Never order the fried mushrooms! They really over cook them. I prefer Charlie Fox’s off 38. I have stopped ordering from here.

This is a very good Rosati’s location. Their pizza and pasta have been good every time we order. A local go-​to for our family.

This place used to be a solid ‘good’ but has really lost its luster lately and tonight was my last order from Rosati’s, specifically the one on Randall Road in Saint Charles.
We typically ordered about every other week from this location. This place had a lot going for them especially when everyone in the family wants something different, they have a huge menu plus they have great coupons. And, the food was pretty good.
Tonight’s order started the same as it always does, pizza, breadsticks, and some other stuff but changed when I heard someone leaving a message on the answering machine. I played it back and got some half-​discernible message from the delivery guy saying that he was in Campton trying to find my street. Did I say that we ordered from this place — a lot! I called the store and could hear someone giving directions. No problem so far, about 10 minutes later the food arrived. The delivery guy was nice enough and we have all had a bad day on the job but I had some grouchy and hungry kids to feed.
Before I go any further, this one is not all on the delivery guy, any modern restaurant that can call up your address based on caller ID should be able to properly train their delivery people and provide them maps, and/​or GPS tools. Right?
Anyhow, the food was just plain bad. The cheese had slid off the pizza, the breadsticks were hard as a rock and the fries in the rib and shrimp combo was inedible — cold. Same goes for the coleslaw, it was warm and tasted like it was spoiled. I have to say however that the ribs were very good. Unfortunately we chucked the rest and had cereal for dinner.
Obviously, no one deserves a bad review for their first offense but the quality here has been declining the last couple orders.
Skip this place, there are too many other good places in the area.
