I was referred to Sat-​Com by my Home Owner’s Association management. This was my first time using satellite services. The installation was very professional; they had to run some new lines through my garage, but everything they ran was tied up and tucked away neatly.
I had the Genie DVR installed, and Dan (owner) sat down with my wife for about 10 minutes explaining all of the features of the remote, DVR service, and DirecTV offerings. All-​in-​all, it was the best installation experience I’ve had from any provider.
The DirecTV service itself is working great right now as well.
