STL Clean Outs And Moving

If you value your belongings, don’t use this company. First they came to my house completely unprepared. No covers or blankets or anything to protect the couch they were hired to move. We gave them fair warning that the couch was very heavy and awkward, but they laughed in our faces. They picked up the couch and didn’t realize they would have to take it apart until it was stuck in the middle of the stairwell. This was after they damaged the wall, the wooden stairs, and the front door. They finally got the couch outside to the garage but it took them well over 45 minutes to put it back together. When they finally got it together, that was when we saw the HUGE dent on the side of the couch. They literally broke it to the point where it was floppy. There was also several rips and tears to the lining of the back that wasn’t there before! They made my couch worthless! So I asked the mover what they were going to do about the damage and the owner /​«president» David Conner gave me his card — said they would submit the damage to the insurance company and we would get reimbursed for it. Fast forward two weeks later we haven’t heard from anyone. And now well over a month later David is ignoring my phone calls and voicemails. So I called from a different number and he answered immediately. He said his insurance company was with Century 21. He of course didn’t have their number or name… just their email — which he gave me. I immediately emailed the insurance company and shocker! It was a bad email and got rejected back to me. It’s clear this company was giving us the run around and just didn’t want to pay for the damage they created. I even called several Century 21 agents and not a single one had ever heard of Century 21 giving out that type of insurance to a private company. It also turns out they have a previous complaint on BBB that went unanswered. And why did it go unanswered? Because the address they have listed (2054 Campus Lane, St Charles, MO) is on their LLC listed company that is CLOSED! And the address listed on his card (2617 Kelsey Lane in St. Charles) looks like a rental house that he’s renting out! So they don’t even have a physical location that is valid. This company and David Conner are liars, thieves, and con artists. Look elsewhere because they will rip you off!

These guys were a lifesaver. What would have taken days only took a couple hours! Super proffesional and very prompt. David was incredibly nice over the phone and went above and beyond to make sure that they were here when they said they would be, even getting in touch with me over the weekend after work hours. If anyone needs moving help I would recommend this company, without a doubt.

David was a very nice guy, him with his two workers were VERY fast, professional, and took care of my things. My move was from creve coeur to st charles. A two bedroom apartment. It took 2 hours for $ 200. That was by far the best price (other places $ 300 – 500). So cheap I was nervous but the move went flawless. I highly recommend.
