This was one of the most bizarre visits to Wendys. The renovations look great. It is open, bright and clean. Upon not be welcomed, my dining companion ordered the Spicy jalapeño chicken sandwich. The girl taking the order asked him 3 times what do you want. Once someone came over to tap the proper button, my dining companion wanted to upgrade to the ghost pepper fries. I ordered the baconator with chili cheese fries. I also ordered my free frosty. The chili cheese fries were awesome. Someone came out to say they didn’t have the crispy spicy chicken and would grilled be ok. That was fine, but when the food was delivered we had 2 baconator with burned bacon, cheese fries and no frosty. There was so much dis organization, no defined person in charge. When an employee did ask a question, some one snapped a very short response, tinged with ‘stupid’. I know I will go back, but this particular experience was not a good one. Some improvement is certainly needed.

Um, it’s a Wendy’s. The menu and quality are what you would expect from Wendy’s. I usually stick with their 99-cent menu. The quality of my food has always been good and only once has my order been messed up. My main beef with this location is the speed of the drive-thru. It can be slow. In fact, it was so slow that I quit coming here for a few months. During my visits of the last couple of months, drive-thru speed has been fast enough. I wouldn’t recommend sitting near the window if you are dining inside during winter. Your food would get cold. Another note about dining inside — the décor and furnishings look like what you would expect to find at a motel. It’s not bad, it’s just this weird medium between fast-foody and motel lobby.
