Beyond the words hi and thank you my biggest no no’s are language barriers and over cooked food. If I’m in a ethnic restaurant or village I not only expect it I welcome different dialects or accents. In a drive thru I hate it. I did not get upset at all and the manager was quick to recognize it and fix it. What he couldn’t fix was the over cooked fried food with little to no flavor. The burgers as always spot on, yum! I’ll be back to try again because management did the right things. Maybe next time the corn dogs will have flavor and the onion rings won’t be burnt.

I can see why people eat here after they leave the bar. I can’t understand why people would eat here sober. I’m still trying to figure out what ‘meat’ is used on the burgers. The french fries were stale and cold. I dined inside, the dining area was nothing but complete filth. The décor package resembles that of a school cafeteria. Overall for my first experience, I can say it will be my last. Very disappointed.

I usually go here for lunch. The people working during the day are great but the night crew is awful. During the day I get attentive service(with a smile I might add). My order has never been messed up, they are patient and super friendly. They know a lot of folks by name and make the place feel so casual and relaxed. At night, however… It really truly fills you with rage. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal without cheese and got chicken ring sandwiches instead. Cheese fries but they left out the fork. My sister and my moms entire order came without cheese. There was really not one order that was right. I recommend this location most definitely during the day but at night you should avoid it.

It is what it is… service is adequate(not terribly speedy nor slow or ever particulary«perky», but they always inquire about condiments and they get the job done), and food at this location is predictable in quality compared to others(always hot and fresh). Lost one star, though, because it seems White Castle has joined the ever-growing list of fast food establishments that no longer carry«pink» sweetener for iced tea. Did someone at the Sweet ‘n Low company tick off the fast food illuminati!!!

This hamburger chain is the Mecca of hamburger chain food restaurants. Whenever I make my way out to St. Louis, I make a point in stopping in for a couple of White Castle originals. They do not make a movie about a place if it isint good right? especially a sequel. I seriously have no idea why they have not made the move out to California yet. Might be a good thing though, I would probably gain 20 lbs. in the grand opening week.

The cheeseburgers tasted much better than the first(and only other) time I visited White Castle(also at the same location). I also discovered how good the chicken rings are, though they got old soon enough. I still prefer Steak N Shake, but White Castle is no longer so bad in my book.
